About Ballymena Baptist Church

At Ballymena Baptist our desire is to present God, and His love, in a way that both enables believers to grow in their faith and also challenges individuals who do not have a personal relationship with Christ. It is our personal hope that we not only provide a welcoming facility for the local community, but that we will also be a place where people experience the joy of forgiveness, reconciliation and the reality of God’s unconditional love.
On Sundays, our aim is to create an environment where you can feel relaxed in coming into this church. There are a range of facilities for young families from a fully staffed crèche to kids club and Sunday schools during the services.
Throughout the week you could find our building in use for all sorts of activities. These include prayer meetings, ladies groups, BB and GB parade nights, craft classes, 5-a-side football, worship band practice, informal ‘chill-out’ evenings for our 20-30′s group, or our more senior friends enjoying a mid-day meal at the 50 + club. We also have a very active youth group who meet on Saturday nights for Boom youth club, and on Sunday nights for DEEP. Have a look at the groups section of this website to find out more about all that goes on at Ballymena Baptist.
If you have no other church commitments, we would encourage you, and if applicable your family, to regularly join with us at Ballymena Baptist Church. Our Sunday services are at 11. 30am and 6. 30pm. Please feel free to contact us if you want to discuss anything regarding either spiritual matters or those of a more practical nature.
