As a fully qualified Personal Trainer sport and fitness has played a big part in my life from my childhood years until today. I have played minor and senior Gaelic football for my county as well as Soccer in the Irish league. This being a great advantage in pushing me to pursue my Personal training career as I now have gained insight knowledge of the different ways to train the body for different sports, challenges and general personal goals.
