was in there on wednesday and service was excellent, friendly staff, and food was just as i like it. would come again

if you come out of this place hungry its your own fault - good food at very reasonable prices

Very friendly. Exceptional customer service. Delicious chicken. Perfect chips (though I don't eat chips, someone else did �) and lovely children chicken gravy. KFC? Frangos? Forget all that dried up mess. This is the way to go. �

Had a fantastic Kebab meal �� soooo tasty I will be back, my kids loved it too. Staff super helpful and friendly my poor man spilled his drink all over the place but it was no trouble to the staff, they just cleaned it up and reassured him with a replacement drink and a smile for free in no time at all! Superb, will def be back � thanks guys�

I'm editing this review from 1* to 4 thanks to a very helpful sales assistant this evening. I once again had a major issue with one delivery and they managed to sort it out for me.

I get out if all the time kebab is lovely. But last night got a chicken burger very small and very dry was not impressed

Friendly staff, nice food, giving 4* instead of 5* because chicken is greasy (but still tastes nice) and they don't do hot wings. Well recommended as an alternative to KFC

This place is literally horrible lol I got the veggie wrap with mayo and god that mayo is one disgusting sauce, enter at your own risk but waste of money as far as I'm concerned :o

Just discovered this Herons at the start of the week and the fact that it was close to me made me super excited.



I have been a long time lover of the chicken kebab meal and always travelled to Comber, which i have to say is fantastic....the kebab meal at Botanic is piss poor in comparison, probably the worst i have ever had and i have tried a few Herons on many occasions.



You have a lot to learn Herrons Botanic, not value for money and not a good attitude from the counter staff...i would not recommend to anyone and i definitely will not be back.
