Very helpful and friendly staff. I have been with this Bank for a few years now and has been the best move I've ever done. Never any problems.

Worst costumer service ever, have been on the phone 3 times for over half an hour and they keep transferring, putting me on hold and then transferring, almost like its a money scam for them to keep you on the phone. Still have not resolved my problem, was given another number to get through quicker for business and its just as long to wait just as bad with no costumer help and support, they keep transferring or give you a different number to ring. Worst ever
