Multiple orders incorrect, due to orders not being taking down correctly by member of staff who answers phone. Items not being included when delivery has arrived, have had to call multiple times to explain that order was either incorrect or items have not been delivered but have been paid for. Very poor service overall. And disappointed as a regular customer

Only giving this one star because I have no option ordered food at 5:30 or shortly after now 7:27 and it's still not here been told twice it'd just left if not here in 15 mins il want refund completely useless.

Disgusting, Late food and got the wrong order! Is it really that difficult! Manager has a terrible attitude problem too!
