Wonderful experience for us, we are very happy! The atmosphere was relaxing and it was very warm inside considering freezing cold outside and the Sun was shining too so it was perfect day out in autumn ­¤Źé. The food was amazing, the services incredibly fantastic, the staff very helpful, friendly and polite. The crew are very welcoming, they even helped me to charge my phone when I asked for it because my phone ran out of battery :). I will recommend this place to everyone who wants to celebrate something special or just have a nice day out. DonŌĆÖt forget to stroll along EtonŌĆÖs Hight Street, itŌĆÖs quite unique plus the Eton chapel is amazing building too.

We took a friend on this fab experience for her 70 th birthday I would have to give it 10/10 , staff were friendly , food was amazing , could do with a couple of little finishing touches like some bread with the starter , also don't get a lot of coffee so maybe more coffee and a mint crisp or similar to go with it would have been nice but that would be my only gripe.

We have just had a beautiful meal on board, celebrating my husband's birthday. The staff were friendly and accommodating, letting my two young children sit at the front and speak with the captain. The food was excellent and I would happily use this company again. Fantastic afternoon xx

We absolutely loved our Sunday lunch river cruise. The staff were amazing, so attentive and professional. The food really was something else. Great ambiance, amazing views of the Thames. WeŌĆÖre going to book the London cruise for next year. The whole experience was prefect.

Saturday evening we boarded the boat. We were celebrating our 1st wedding anniversary. Thoroughly enjoyed the boat trip, the food was excellent and service spot on. Would highly recommend.

Just had lunch on the Thames Windsor. Top class food, beautifully presented and served by super staff. Would definitely recommend for the ultimate relaxing dining experience.

I had an amazing time on Bateaux Windsor. We went to the Saturday black tie event. The food was outstanding, views wonderful and service perfect. What a special and memorable evening on the Thames. First class! Memories are made of this! I canŌĆÖt wait to book our next outing.

A ŌĆśRed Letter DayŌĆÖ gift to my wife and I last Christmas and, at last, fulfilled today. I cannot do anything but praise every single facet of this experience. From the cheery welcome on board by the ŌĆśCaptainŌĆÖ to every member of staff to the food to the cleanliness of the boat, everything was exceptionally good. Could not fault it. Would we go again? You betcha!

Thoroughly enjoyed our Sunday lunch from Windsor to Bray and all of the staff very polite and professional. I do feel sorry for the young servers with limited space between tables. Think you should give them a little more space to work around people eating. The extras were reasonably priced and it was a very smooth journey.

Comfortable boat good service and food excellent. My only complaint was lack of air conditioning on a very hot day especially on a boat with a glass roof!

Just been on the Afternoon Tea cruise, which was bought at part of my Christmas present. The music was too loud, we were seated next to a speaker. We had to ask for our drink of tea and coffee, which when they arrived were very weak. The tea and coffee werenŌĆÖt drinkable. The clotted cream had been on the table too long and was very soft. The sandwiches werenŌĆÖt up to much either, some of the bread was hard and the sandwiches with the cucumber was very soggy, not what you expect. The sandwiches weŌĆÖre also very small. They was no commentary on the cruise either. The information for the Afternoon Tea said we would go passed Eton College and Royal Boroughs which we didnŌĆÖt. We would not recommend this cruise and after this experience we will not be booking a cruise for our up and coming trip to London.

We arrived in Windsor this morning for our lunch trip and paid ┬Ż4 to park. We waited but no boat appeared. Another couple had also been waiting since 11.30am. My daughter hung on the phone for ages and eventually got through to someone from your company, only to be told that the trip was cancelled! Apparently we were informed by email at the end of March. I have been through all my emails, spam and junk but received nothing. I am bitterly disappointed as it was a birthday treat we had been looking forward to for over a month.

you have wasted our whole morning and cost us parking and petrol. The lady on the phone said she would re-send the cancellation email but nothing has arrived yet which is terrible service. How do we get a refund?

My partner and I booked the Sunset dinner cruise on the 5th of may for our anniversary.. What a shambles. Hot Prosecco, undercooked risotto - don't even ask for a second bread roll. Loo broken. What a total waste of money. I have had conversation with Jorge Canela - who offered to refund our drinks but feels the refund of a meal I actually couldn't eat is asking too much. BUT he does hope we will return. Well Jorge, there was a very good chance we would have but your very rude and demeaning email to me has ruined that chance. DO NOT speak to your customers as if they do not matter. This night was horrible and if I could go back in time and change it I would... Please avoid this over priced, poor quality food, rude service tourist trap... there are much better places to spend your ┬Ż220!

My husband and I had a Bateaux Windsor Sunday Lunch experience brought for our silver wedding anniversary, after travelling down from Northamptonshire on the 14th April and spending money on a hotel, and parking we arrived at the dockside only to find there was no boat. Upon waiting over 25 mins on hold I finally got through to reservations to be told that we had been booked onto the London Cruise by mistake by one of their staff and nobody thought to tell us !!

Awful customer service and despite being told we would receive a full refund and a email confirming their mistake we have had nothing. This was almost 2 weeks ago. Totally unacceptable way to run a business, avoid at all costs.

I booked this for my mother for her Christmas present as well as the proseco package. She had wanted to do it for years and cried with excitement when she opened it. When it came to the day I rang up to find out where she was to board the boat (my mum was ready to leave, make up and high heels on), when I eventually got through to someone I was informed that the boat rides in January and February were cancelled and I shouldŌĆÖve received an email in December. I didnŌĆÖt! They offered me a Premier package as compensation which I took. I changed the date to MotherŌĆÖs Day and was more than happy to continue with the booking. Until I found out what the ŌĆ£Premier PackageŌĆØ included. So after already spending ┬Ż125 for 2 Sunday Lunches and an additional package I was furious to know all they had given me in compensation was HALF a bottle of wine, a guaranteed window seat and a bottle of water! Water is free? Why is that part of a package? The compensation offer does not take into consideration our feelings, our disappointment and the fact they have ruined my mums main Christmas present!!!

I requested a full refund and cancel my booking, the person I spoke to tried to convince me to speak to her manager and continue with my booking but I was so angry I didnŌĆÖt and donŌĆÖt want to. I was told my refund would be processed immediately and IŌĆÖm still waiting, almost 2 weeks later!! Shocking service! Highly disappointed as we were so looking forward to the experience. It was a dream that turned into a nightmare and has been very stressful to my mum. At this point in time, I am still waiting for my refund!

Disgusting. Would never recommend. My daughter booked for a Xmas present for me but the boat never turned up. Had no call or email to say it had been cancelled. Could not get hold of anyone at the officers either.
