We recently purchased all of our bathroom suites from Bath Shack in Cork. Their customer service was second to none. Dave in Cork was so helpful, even getting a bath delivered to us from Belfast during the snow in March! So friendly and helpful, I couldn't recommend them highly enough. And their prices blow everyone else's out of the water. A brilliant company to deal with!

We recently had 2 bathrooms renovated and used Bath Shack in Cork to purchase everything for both bathrooms. The customer service that we received from Gavin was excellent throughout - from our first visit to the after sales service. He suggested a design for one of the rooms that has worked out really well, he advised on all the items, both big and small and liaised with the builders constantly to ensure the items selected would work for our bathroom.



Everything was delivered on time and the builders were here to receive the 2 pallets of ware and carry it into the house. The builders were recommended by Bath Shack and the liaison between them really helped the smooth running of the renovation, we didn’t have to worry about anything, it was all sorted out between them. We also had great help from Ryan who went to a lot of trouble to find exactly the colour of tiles that we liked and ordered them in especially for us. The builders – Alan and John did a great job and the bathrooms look fantastic. We are delighted!

Top quality Customer Services. I had a small problem with a hair line crack in a shower base. I point out it was a manufacturing fault and difficult to see . I contacted Bathshack on Wednesday and the part will be replaced and here on Friday. This is top quality customer care . So a big thanks to Paul Sanders and his team.

The larger shower cubicles that are available at Bathshack are ideal for disabled people and I thoroughly recommend them. Makes life so much easier for me

I was helped in store by Ryan D. I got a few other quotes but bath shack couldn't be beaten on price or quality. I was then able to place the order over the phone and the order was ready to be collected in a few days. After the order was made I was kept updated on the progress of my order by Christina K. She was so efficient and helpful she kept me updated and was very patient with me while I was arranging a collection day. She was happy to do what was easiest for me this made the world of difference as I was also trying to arrange builders and plumbers at the same time. Would definitely recommend bath shack and if I ever need anything else that will be my first stop. Thanks

I have visited Ballymena store today. I was very surprised by how much choices there were. Very good prices too. Aideen was extremely professional, helpful and so friendly. Since Aideen was so approachable and extremely good at her job I have decided to buy new bathroom/toilet furniture for my new house :) Fantastic service! I would recommend to everyone and definitely come back again. Thank you for all Aideen.

Can't recommend Bathshack highly enough. We had the pleasure of dealing with Gavin from day one, who went above and beyond to help and advise us on the fit out our 3 bathrooms. Bathshack won't be beaten on price, quality or customer service. Definitely worth a visit. Thanks again to Gavin for all is help.

Broken toilet in the ensuite needed fixed. Looked online seen some good deals. Called the showroom as I needed it in a hurry. Four hours later and new toilet and sink unit where delivered without me having to leave the house. Also got new flooring for the bedroom which turned out better than I could of hoped. Thanks Bathshack.

Bath shack gave me my dream freestanding bath at a price I could afford. Customer service in store is really good and if something is in stock, delivery works really well. However, If something is not in stock, communication can be diffcult and promised phone calls never happen from Dublin store (main hub in belfast better), but overall Im happy with service and looking forward to a brand new bathroom :)

We ordered some Nuance panels ( panels are great no issues there) from the Ballymena store great initial service from Charlotte (certainly happy to take our money, and they are not cheap panels) and told they would be here in 5/10 days received emails and read if there was a problem we would be contacted.Well this time passed and no communication from Bath shack. I rang at 2 weeks from order to be told they where not sure what was happening and would check and ring back.No return call I rang again to be told the same.No call back.I rang a third time to be told they should be on the following Friday.No call to say they where there so I rang again to be told the panels where there but no glue it would be after Easter and I explained about no call backs.I was assured that I would be contacted(by phone and email) on the Wednesday to confirm delivery. Yes you guessed no call(did get email after call) so I rang on the Wednesday to be told my items where on the van for delivery. All arrived that day with a lovely delivery guy.Started reading the fitting instructions to find that Charlotte who served us in Ballymena DIDN'T advise us we needed a colour sealant as well as the neutral glue.Another hold up as Bath Shack doesn't have it so ordered online from another retailer.Don't order from this company!!!!

what few pennies you might save will cost you in time in the long run. I am also doing a full bathroom renovation as well as this shower room thank goodness I went to JustTiles N bathrooms in Ballymena who provided FANTASTIC service with no issues.They both trade in penny bridge industrail estate so drive passed Bath Shack and go to a professional company.

Terrible. Our first experience of Bathshack will be our last. Delivered a set of shower doors that were missing parts and turned out to have been previously sold and poorly repackaged. Cost me the fitters time to discover the problem. The replacement doors took 10 days and and added 2 weeks to the job. The "customer care" manager offered a financial compensation for the inconvenience then failed to make good on that. Avoid is my advice.

So disappointed, salesmen we excellent but after sales was a disaster, order did not arrive on time and I had to keep ringing and chasing for delivery dates and got the run around every time, eventually I had to cancel one item and purchase elsewhere. Won’t be going back!

I never ever write reviews but this bathroom renovation has been one headache after another since July 2017. Yes we still dont have everything 8 months later. Our original order was late and missing items. Held up my builders a number of times. Then second and third delivery dates came and went. Then we ordered a back splash piece behind our sink unit to which we waited and waited then eventually got it and it was the complete wrong size. I kept following up to see when the new piece would be in and heard nothing. They never return my calls. Called into shop and it was there (totally just didnt bother delivering it out to me). Im still waiting on a plug for our jet tub to which the sale guy I called today knew nothing about. Again I never write reviews but I would highly recommend steering clear of this shop. We have completely renovated our house and delt with a lot of suppliers & this crew were absolutely terrible to work with. �

First and last time using Bathshack. After being advised by a number of people not to order from them.. wish i had of listened now. Currently been waiting 4 weeks plus for wall panels to arrive, after an incorrect order being received at the start, and then a further incorrect delivery attempt. Been fobbed off during numerous phone calls , promised calls back which never happened, because staff were off sick or staff were on leave and no notes left on my account to see what was happening.. poor service. Emailed the 'customer service manager' on Tuesday and surprisingly still no word back. Been sitting with an unfinished bathroom with no sink and no toilet fixed to a wall for a month. But sure you've been paid so no hurry on your part...

Customer service non existent unless you have a week to chase, broken promises in relation delivery dates, again had to chase for update. There is no confirmation of whether anything is in stock or not, so you could be waiting a week or months for a particular item without any update. Frustrating to say the least.

Appalling after I paid all my money up front weeks of delay wrong items false delivery dates withholding courier info! Shocking! Never ever again. The stuff that arrived was diff quality to show room. Just horrendous.

Dave in the showroom in cork was nothing but apologetic and pleasant and the day we ordered everything he was so thorough. I feel sorry for him that the company couldn’t follow through on his good work

Currently been waiting 4 weeks plus for wall panels to arrive, after an incorrect order being received at the start, and then a further incorrect delivery attempt. Been fobbed off during numerous phone calls , promised calls back which never happened, because staff were off sick or staff were on leave and no notes left on my account to see what was happening.. poor service. Emailed the 'customer service manager' on Tuesday and surprisingly still no word back. Been sitting with an unfinished bathroom with no sink and no toilet fixed to a wall for a month. But sure you've been paid so no hurry on your part...

Customer service non existent unless you have a week to chase, broken promises in relation delivery dates, again had to chase for update. There is no confirmation of whether anything is in stock or not, so you could be waiting a week or months for a particular item without any update. Frustrating to say the least.

Appalling after I paid all my money up front weeks of delay wrong items false delivery dates withholding courier info! Shocking! Never ever again. The stuff that arrived was diff quality to show room. Just horrendous.

Dave in the showroom in cork was nothing but apologetic and pleasant and the day we ordered everything he was so thorough. I feel sorry for him that the company couldn’t follow through on his good work

We recently purchased all of our bathroom suites from Bath Shack in Cork. Their customer service was second to none. Dave in Cork was so helpful, even getting a bath delivered to us from Belfast during the snow in March! So friendly and helpful, I couldn't recommend them highly enough. And their prices blow everyone else's out of the water. A brilliant company to deal with!

We recently had 2 bathrooms renovated and used Bath Shack in Cork to purchase everything for both bathrooms. The customer service that we received from Gavin was excellent throughout - from our first visit to the after sales service. He suggested a design for one of the rooms that has worked out really well, he advised on all the items, both big and small and liaised with the builders constantly to ensure the items selected would work for our bathroom.



Everything was delivered on time and the builders were here to receive the 2 pallets of ware and carry it into the house. The builders were recommended by Bath Shack and the liaison between them really helped the smooth running of the renovation, we didn’t have to worry about anything, it was all sorted out between them. We also had great help from Ryan who went to a lot of trouble to find exactly the colour of tiles that we liked and ordered them in especially for us. The builders – Alan and John did a great job and the bathrooms look fantastic. We are delighted!

Top quality Customer Services. I had a small problem with a hair line crack in a shower base. I point out it was a manufacturing fault and difficult to see . I contacted Bathshack on Wednesday and the part will be replaced and here on Friday. This is top quality customer care . So a big thanks to Paul Sanders and his team.

The larger shower cubicles that are available at Bathshack are ideal for disabled people and I thoroughly recommend them. Makes life so much easier for me

I'm not usually one to write reviews but I was so pleased with the amazing customer service I received at bath shack I felt it was only right to leave positive feed back. I was helped in store by Ryan D. I got a few other quotes but bath shack couldn't be beaten on price or quality. I was then able to place the order over the phone and the order was ready to be collected in a few days. After the order was made I was kept updated on the progress of my order by Christina K. She was so efficient and helpful she kept me updated and was very patient with me while I was arranging a collection day. She was happy to do what was easiest for me this made the world of difference as I was also trying to arrange builders and plumbers at the same time. Would definitely recommend bath shack and if I ever need anything else that will be my first stop. Thanks

I have visited Ballymena store today. I was very surprised by how much choices there were. Very good prices too. Aideen was extremely professional, helpful and so friendly. Since Aideen was so approachable and extremely good at her job I have decided to buy new bathroom/toilet furniture for my new house :) Fantastic service! Highly recommend Bathshack for all bathroom ware and tiles, in middle of renovating our bathroom and have to say staff , especially Gavin in the Cork store , are so helpful and nothing is a problem, have run short and they’ve reordered and got them to us in couple days, very reasonable and very professional, , no need to go anywhere else, have everything you need �

Broken toilet in the ensuite needed fixed. Looked online seen some good deals. Called the showroom as I needed it in a hurry. Four hours later and new toilet and sink unit where delivered without me having to leave the house. Also got new flooring for the bedroom which turned out better than I could of hoped. Thanks Bathshack.

Bath shack gave me my dream freestanding bath at a price I could afford. Customer service in store is really good and if something is in stock, delivery works really well. However, If something is not in stock, communication can be diffcult and promised phone calls never happen from Dublin store (main hub in belfast better), but overall Im happy with service and looking forward to a brand new bathroom :)

We ordered some Nuance panels ( panels are great no issues there) from the Ballymena store great initial service from Charlotte (certainly happy to take our money, and they are not cheap panels) and told they would be here in 5/10 days received emails and read if there was a problem we would be contacted.Well this time passed and no communication from Bath shack. I rang at 2 weeks from order to be told they where not sure what was happening and would check and ring back.No return call I rang again to be told the same.No call back.I rang a third time to be told they should be on the following Friday.No call to say they where there so I rang again to be told the panels where there but no glue it would be after Easter and I explained about no call backs.I was assured that I would be contacted(by phone and email) on the Wednesday to confirm delivery. Yes you guessed no call(did get email after call) so I rang on the Wednesday to be told my items where on the van for delivery. All arrived that day with a lovely delivery guy.Started reading the fitting instructions to find that Charlotte who served us in Ballymena DIDN'T advise us we needed a colour sealant as well as the neutral glue.Another hold up as Bath Shack doesn't have it so ordered online from another retailer.Don't order from this company!!!!

what few pennies you might save will cost you in time in the long run. I am also doing a full bathroom renovation as well as this shower room thank goodness I went to JustTiles N bathrooms in Ballymena who provided FANTASTIC service with no issues.They both trade in penny bridge industrail estate so drive passed Bath Shack and go to a professional company.

Terrible. Our first experience of Bathshack will be our last. Delivered a set of shower doors that were missing parts and turned out to have been previously sold and poorly repackaged. Cost me the fitters time to discover the problem. The replacement doors took 10 days and and added 2 weeks to the job. The "customer care" manager offered a financial compensation for the inconvenience then failed to make good on that. Avoid is my advice.

So disappointed, salesmen we excellent but after sales was a disaster, order did not arrive on time and I had to keep ringing and chasing for delivery dates and got the run around every time, eventually I had to cancel one item and purchase elsewhere. Won’t be going back!

I never ever write reviews but this bathroom renovation has been one headache after another since July 2017. Yes we still dont have everything 8 months later. Our original order was late and missing items. Held up my builders a number of times. Then second and third delivery dates came and went. Then we ordered a back splash piece behind our sink unit to which we waited and waited then eventually got it and it was the complete wrong size. I kept following up to see when the new piece would be in and heard nothing. They never return my calls. Called into shop and it was there (totally just didnt bother delivering it out to me). Im still waiting on a plug for our jet tub to which the sale guy I called today knew nothing about. Again I never write reviews but I would highly recommend steering clear of this shop. We have completely renovated our house and delt with a lot of suppliers & this crew were absolutely terrible to work with. �
