The Bavarder concept was founded in 2015 by lead consultant and company director Luke Doran, seeking to to bring years of passion in the hospitality industry and experience (both professional and academic) in the areas of marketing, social media content production, product innovation and consumer behaviour to other, aspiring entrepreneurs and brand managers.
