Cannot thank Glenn and his team enough for the outstanding treatment we received while our mini was in their workshop. They showed unending patience and expertise finding the source of a rattle, not only did they source it and fix it but lent us a lovely cream mini while they worked on ours. Cannot praise this garage highly enough. All staff are pleasant, friendly and genuine. I would rate Bavarian 110%!!

He knows his stuff, is polite and never pressurised us into buying. He dealt with my requests and in the end we got exactly what we wanted when I’m sure others would have given up! I bought a Mini one brand new from Gary Martin. He is a very good sales man. He gave me a good sales deal. I got the voucher for free spa my car. I brought my car for spa yesterday. Emma who is a receptionist walked to the door to get a car key for wash at 45 minutes. I'm very happy with my after sales service package.

Fantastic service (as usual) from everyone at Mini Bavarian, especially William and Sarah - oh and great coffee! Fiona absolutely loves her new Mini. Finally got her into an automatic, just hope she doesn't put unleaded into this diesel! Seriously guys, thank you so much for looking after us, see you soon (wink)

This is an extremely petty, money grabbing establishment. Unable to see the bigger picture, they have successfully lost the sale of not one but two new Minis, and all for the sake of a measly £115.09. I'll be going elsewhere from now on. Shame on you Bavarian Mini. So disappointing.
