Is £401 a lot of money to you??
... BBL is my small business. In 20 years I have forfeited a lot of personal experiences to put my business first. So frightened of not pleasing clients. Working before and after normal opening hours, endless years of skipping lunch breaks, promises broken due to working late. Being the mummy, wife, family member and friend who is always tired. Years of hard work building up my business. Pumping money back into my business instead of taking a fair wage. But my love for this job has carried me through all of the above. We have a recent increase in the number of the following:
-Cancellations less than 24hrs before the appointment.
-Last minute decisions to omit some treatments booked leaving a significant deficit. (£96 being one example).
-Swapping or moving appointments then failure to attend resulting in free bookings and no money.
-Or simply not showing up without notice.
These examples are only in the last week - 3 therapists totalling a loss of £401. This is crippling to a small business. Keep in mind my standing orders still come out, my staff still get paid regardless of these hours of cancellations. We have never been a salon with cancellation fees so please respect that when you book an appointment we need you to attend or advise us otherwise in due time so we can fill this again. Think about this amount £401. I think you will agree this would be a fantastic wage. Imagine not receiving it! Week after week after week! In the current financial climate we all struggle. So please please do not book if you cannot attend. Leave us a voicemail to cancel. Just do not attend. Sorry for those who have been the best clients in the world when reading this but this is hurting my business.

Excuse my bad marks pointing to the facial tread veins. But I wanted to highlight each vein. Here we used IPL (commonly known as laser) to treat facial tread veins. As you can see ALL veins were removed in one treatment. This only took 5mins. At a cost of £65. I was so pleased with these results as was our client. If you have noticed some veins then give us a call on 02886762459 and we will be happy to discuss your treatment plan. Quite often women layer makeup heavier than normal to cover veins.
