What a difference lovely friendly helpful staff make ... while out over Easter we had a dilemma ... kids wanted Burger King but the adults wanted a nice coffee � we decided to be cheeky & ask if the kids could bring in their Burger King so we could get our coffee... not only did the lovely girl say that was not a problem but she offered to get our coffees ready while we were getting the burgers in�� was so delighted... made our day !! We were able to enjoy a lovely coffee and a skinny coconut & raspberry muffin ��

Lovely clean and tidy place . Staff very friendly. Food and coffeee good . Will definitely be back

Great service with friendly helpful staff- lovely coffee and an excellent range of muffins - all delicious! They stock a good range of gluten free products - lemon and poppyseed g/f muffin is my favourite!

Had a lovely few hours at bb's yesturday with my friends loved my muffin (apple and cinnamon) yummy . Lovely and clean and welcoming every time I go and never rushed like in some places. Friendly staff always a pleasure .

The food coffee was great ! Our many visits have been great and the food excellent! What prompted this review was the poor customer service. When we walked in it felt like we had interrupted her. Not a smile not a good afternoon no welcome of any kind. It really puts you off when service is very much less than welcoming. Only one set of doors were open and several people abandoned going in .

Not a great range of sweet eats. Mostly just muffins. Also I ordered a muffin which wasn't labelled gluten free (counter assistant advised as my husband bought gf cereal bar). I think should be labelled as I am severely anaphylaxis towards gf flour. Could have been serious. Dirty uncleaned tables and floor.

Simply a nice Cafe. Malaysians are invited to have cofee and muffins here !

Poor baby changing facilitates. Hot chocolate not up to much either.
