Bearfit Description
BearFit Is Run by James Rees-Hopkins a Advanced physical training instructor under REPS and former Army PTI. His goals are simple: to provide highly effective and professional fitness services at affordable prices.
For one-to-one and small groups James offers 90 minute sessions. 30 minutes are dedicated to the aspects of healthy living that are neglected by other trainers such as nutritional advice and weekly food diary checks, fitness and conditioning testing as well as a range of tests to MOT your body.
These sessions are invaluable at establishing fitness levels so that real progress is made and observed which in turn keeps motivation high. The last 60 minutes of the session is a unique Personal Training element which is completely tailored to the individual. The sessions are progressive and challenging and contain just what is needed for you to achieve your goals in the shortest time possible.
Theres no gimmicks just straightforward programmes that work because they are based on sound knowledge of the human body and the principles of training it.
Sessions are affordable at £20 for 90 minutes, totally unparalleled for the level of service offered and furthermore 10% of all profits are given to local charity 'eyefeelgood', so you can change your life as well as those of people who are less fortunate than ourselves.
September sees the start of 'MuddyBuddy' season. Just bring a spare pair of clothes and a sense of humour and experience a session that focuses on the types of training that have been proven to shed fat and improve cardio fitness. The classes contain challenging interval training and big body movements that will turn you in to a fit, lean fat-burning machine.
Muddy buddy classes are just £3 and with a complementary post workout brew and again 10% of profits going back in to the community so when you are putting your back in to a good Phys session your putting a little something back in to the community too!
Be warned. . . . there will be mud.
