She is such a genuine person which I get a good chat and a giggle with at my appointments, she has the highest standards of service and a very thorough technique, karolina has a great approach with her timing as she always has my acrylic nails then gel polish finished with in 45mins.

For me this is amazing as I have 2 young children at home and time is important to me.
