Brighter days = more cycling!
Our own Caroline cycled 50 miles last weekend. After experiencing discomfort in her knee, she used Rocktape to reduce inflammation and normalise muscle tone. The result? She felt like she had a brand new knee!

We had a fantastic day on Saturday, Anne facilitated a workshop on Baby Body Language, focusing on the impact of pregnancy and birth and how it affects the development of babies. Here Anne is talking about the affects of the birth process on a baby's body and nervous system and how this may appear in body posture. A really informative and interactive morning with lots of excellent questions and input and a really engaged group of parents. #Babybodylanguage

Roll on November and under a beautiful full moon �Mr Charlie arrived into our lives � at home in a unmedicated, intervention free and totally empowering moment! 2 is a lucky number for me and he arrived at 1minute past 12 on the 2nd of November �

Fast forward to February 2018 work I first took Charlie to Anne after being on her waiting list since September-a testament to her work �

And I was amazed and wanted to learn everything she knows, so I’m really looking forward to attending her workshop in April!

Following recommendation to have a deep muscle massage to loosen up and help back problems I booked a session with David and boy was it a good idea. Not the normal pamper massage but one that you feel is doing you good and goes on having an effect the next day. Good for body and mind. Lovely relaxing environment and very professional and friendly staff. Booked a return visit before I left. Can highly recommend both chiropractor and massage treatments.

First appointment today and really pleased. Even before the appointment (when I sent an enquiry via email) the staff were really quick to reply and helpful. Today I saw Rachel who was patient, kind and gentle. She took time to explain what was going on and at the end of my session I felt a lot better and felt the benefit. I look forward to my next appointment. Thoroughly recommend this practice as it's clean and well equipped, the staff are friendly and helpful and the prices are reasonable.
