Belfast City Post Office

Good services. Recommend

I arrived at this post office with a letter to send by recorded delivery. I had my 7 yo autistic son with me and the pa system frightened him and he was upset. The lady dealing with my letter fully understood and hurried to complete the transaction to enable me to leave with him outside and sympathised. Very professional and understanding lady. Thank you

Always busy, but I don't mind the wait in order to get my item sent safely to its destination. Staff are always helpful and friendly. There are also self service machines at this location, have used them a few times for smaller items but for larger more expensive items I prefer to have human contact.

Recently I visited in order to post some items home to New Zealand. I just wanted say thank you to the staff members who were so kind and patient helping me out. Also to note my parcels arrived much quicker than expected and all in one piece!

Thankyou so much to all the staff at belfast post office for helping me with a very special parcel. It was a bottle of beer. Thanks for your time and lending us the scissors and parcel tape to wrap the parcel up securely. It has arrived here safe and sound. Thankyou for the wonderfull service you have provided me.
