Top service just ring the bell hop off where ever you want take your time see things properly then hop back on again no limits and the ticket last 72hrs so you can see everything

The tour was fab .... Couldn't of asked for a nicer crew !!!! Very helpful friendly guys . well worth the money an a must do if you are in Belfast !! I for sure will be returning and finishing off to see places I didn't have time for ... From sunny stoke thanx guys xx

Really nice pastime...especially when the weather is not that pleasant. Friendly and welcoming staff, comfortable seats, what else do you ask for? Maybe it's not a bad idea to have some Irish music on board? It would also be great if the time schedule is available on the brochure.

Good tour great for getting about to the sights, but the tour information is very scripted... And the script is wrong the "baby" gorilla is not months old but is 3 now, and you can't see the east cost of Scotland you can see the west cost, and when I tried to explain that you can see the west cost not the east the driver tried to claim that he was right can you can see the east cost and wouldn't hear his script was wrong (being from the east cost of Scotland I knew he was wrong or had bionic eyes) lol but all and all I had a good time

We enjoyed the first red bus tour but unfortunately the black bus was cancelled on both days that we stayed in Belfast therefore we were disappointed at this, I wasn't given a reason for the cancelled tour and my email was not replied to either which is a pity as it is good value for money if you get the full benefit of the tickets

I will admit at the start I got tickets for this tour from Groupon so I did not pay full price for the tickets. I was delighted to get the tickets as I have been recommending the tour to people because it's the only one I know of that goes to Belfast Castle.

We went on the bus from High Street just after 11.30 on Saturday 23/7/16, there was a party of 7 and 2 of the group were over from USA so wanted to see around. From the start we didn't get much information from the tour guide, my cousin told me afterwards that I taught her more about Belfast than the guide did. However, as we were coming to the end of the tour High Street was closed so we diverted up Royal Ave. As we were getting off the bus (the last people to get off as I am unsteady on stairs) my husband joked to the tour guide about the diversion, he snapped in reply "You CAN walk back round you know." And rolled his eyes. By this stage I was stepping off, had missed the comment to my husband and thanked him. Well he looked at me like I was something he had scrapped off his shoe.

I truly hope the guide was having a bad day and this isn't the face he shows tourists all the time. The tour was seriously lacking in the famous Belfast banter and craic.
