One of the AMAZING gins that will be joining us in our NEW GIN GARDEN is Shortcross Gin. It is distilled at the Rademon Estate Distillery in Downpatrick and is inspired by the surrounding gardens and Forrests of the estate. Wild clover, elderflowers, elder berries, orange, cassia, juniper and coriander all contribute to the highly aromatic, smooth finish which has come to be favoured by gin lovers the globe over. The amazing Hilden Brewery, Ireland’s oldest independent brewery will also be joing us in Custom House Square on June 1 & 2. They will be debuting four new craft beers at the Belfast Craft Beer Festival along with their firm favourties - Belfast Blonde, Headless Dog, And Twisted Hop. This will add to the variety and options available to attendees. The Rascals Brewing Co. are back for the Belfast Craft Beer Festival! We are delighted to let you know they will be bringing their new ‘5’ New England IPA for you to try at the festival. They have created a VERY LIMITED edition series called ‘The 759 Series’. The concept is to showcase three variations of the New England style, NE IPA (7%), NE Pale Ale (5%) and NE DIPA (9%).
