Went to the Sunday carvery today and it was really good. Great selection of starters, roast dinner and desserts! We were booked in for the last sitting (3.30pm) and the food was still great. Sometimes the meats can be dry, due to the duration under the heat lamps, however, I I tried 3 of the 4 on offer and all cooked to perfection. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

We had are wedding here and and myself and my wife loved it we got married in 2011 here and we have been back since so thank you so much to all the staff who help us with everything at the time and David to ÔøΩ

We had a fabulous day for our East Antrim U3A Christmas lunch. Lily, Leigh-Anne, Chloe, Stephen Perry, Paul and all the staff st the hotel treated us with such care and attention. The food was really tasty and served to 124 of us piping hot. Thanks for also catering for our members with dietary requirements. All round a first class day at a first class venue. Well done everyone and thank you. We have now set a precedent for the future!

We go every Sunday for the Carvery and absolutely love the food the staff and the atmosphere. Never once got a bad meal the variety is fantastic. Dave the manager had a wonderful team of young workers who are helpful and pleasant making our Sunday Dinner a wonderful experience. It is also great value.

Very nice hotel in a nice location. Requested a ground floor room and no problem. Very friendly reception and made me feel very welcome.

Took my 6 year old daughter for an overnight pamper night, rooms lovely, staff fantastic especially Dave and Samantha, they really made our stay, dinner was lovely, breakfast was amazing and the carvery was something else, defo recommend, can’t wait to stay again 5***** my daughter has a friend for life, Dave was amazing such a kind and thoughtful gentleman, went out of his way for my daughter which he didn’t need to do, A** in our eyes

My daughter had her wedding at The Loughshore Hotel this week and it was amazing from start to finish. From the venue to the meal provided guests complimented everything. Staff were so attentive and couldn't do enough to make the day ran smoothly and they ensured the whole experience was unforgettable. Couldn't recommend The Loughshore Hotel highly enough.

My brother an sister in law got married on Friday 16th March at Loughshore hotel. From start to finish everything was perfect the staff rooms security waiters waitresses over all everything was amazing.

Love this hotel. Stayed on Sunday night past for our first wedding anniversary. We got married in the hotel last January which was a fantastic day from start to finish. Anyway I happened to mention when checking in that it was our wedding anniversary and within minutes of arriving to room one of the staff brought up a complimentary bottle of champagne to toast our anniversary. I want to thank Lilly and her team of people for the fantastic service we got all day. Everything was done st our pace and it was so relaxed everything I had asked for was done without the word but..... I would like to thank every. Member of staff on duty both on 18th and 19th they were polite curtious and very accommodating. And of course I cannot finish without commenting on our very tasty meal it was delicious and beautifully presented. Don‚Äôt worry Dave I need to give you a big shout out as well for ensuring that everything went so smoothly you really do know what you are doing you kept the kids and the adults entertained and kept us all on the right road and I cannot thank you enough. I arrived at the hotel on Friday with some family and friends for an overnight stay and what a great time we had from start to finish. We had a lovely meal in the restaurant and after we were entertained by John Rafferty. The hotel manager Dave was so friendly and kept the little ones entertained through the evening. If anyone is looking for a night away and wanting to keep it local i would definitely look out for when John is playing and book your overnight stay, you won't be disappointed. Can't wait to do it all again ÔøΩ

Carvery on Sunday for Mother’s Day was beaut, nice touch with the flowers for all the mothers; we all had a lovely afternoon & will def be back 👍🏼

5 stars is truly not enough. Had my wedding here on Tuesday 27th March and must say was perfect each and every member of staff was amazing. Bridal suite well let's say I could live there outstanding. Our day couldn't have gone any better. Special thanks our master of ceremonies Davey he was truly outstanding. Thank you so much for making our day special

sunday carvery food was lovely but service, or complete lack of, and staff were absolutely shocking. never have i seen so many people do so little work - they stood in one group pretending to polish cutlery and another group gossiping at the bar. we were not offered drinks, our plates were not cleared and when we left our kids at the table and went to the bar to order drinks were told by a member of staff if we wanted a tray for 2 jugs 4 bottles and 7 glasses she would have to carry it for health and safety reasons. to top it off the card machine was not working upstairs and my husband was escorted downstairs to pay for said drinks before we could have them and while our food sat cooling on the table. avoid at all costs.

Was at this hotel last Sunday with family for the carvery, it was the first time for all of us. We got off to a bad start with a mix up over our table and then they said there was no highchair available. Then we were charged £4.10 for a jug of juice for the children, but for me the worst thing was I was very sick that night.

Never again! My other half planned a surprise baby shower for me on 07/04/2018. Everything was going well some of the staff were lovely and others were a bit rude. My other half paid £12 a head for food for 20 people which is quite expense for what food they brought out. There was quite a lot of food that was left and we asked could it be brought over to the main bar as that’s were we planned to spend the rest of the evening. We were told by victor that it was no problem. We went through to the main bar and a bit of time passed and we had realised there was no food been brought so we thought we would ask one of the staff to see where it was. The guy said “we through it out. You’s had a choice and now it’s too late” and smirked and walked away. I went to the front desk to speak to a manager to see why we were told one thing and another was done the management didn’t really care and for what was left of the food was unreal and he told me this was “policy”. It’s funny how there policy didn’t apply when the manager who supplied the food give us the go ahead to take it to bar. The male manger I spoke to on Saturday night wasn’t bothered at all and told me it would be more hassle than what its worth to contact his director. After the amount of money my other half spent on food,room hire and drinks was close to £350/£400 and the guy thought that this was acceptable and told me to ring him when we have calmed down as the situation wasn’t as bad as what I thought. It’s absolutely ridiculous and completely ruined our night!! So if anyone is planning to have an event here I would recommend to go else where cause if something goes wrong they aren’t bothered.

Me and my hubby to be went to the wedding fair on Tuesday night and we stood for 20 minutes as the staff where really busy taking wedding booking after standing for 20 minutes we both were seen we want to ask questions about there wedding packs to be told they didn't have time to discuss wedding packages they where only here to take books which has put me of as when we rang on the phone to we ask about wedding packages we where told to come to wedding fair which no one had time for us
