Never in my life have I come across anything like these cowboys, stole around them.

Phoned mulitple times to no avail. Thankfully i found a roofer who answers to customers.

My wife contacted Tom Smyth in good faith in June 2014. For minor roof repair he quoted £945. He made it sound good, offering zero VAT on the quote?? The work was done - badly - on the day. The roof started to leak 4 days later and he didn't return her calls. Our usual tradesman returned from a week abroad, and quoted £350 for the same job and re-did all the bad work supposedly completed by Mr Smyth. Stay away from this crowd.
