Josie trained at the Centre for Nutrition Education in Wokingham and was awarded a first class honors degree in Nutritional Therapy.

Nutritional Therapy is the science of how food and nutrients support optimum health and can alleviate a range of health concerns. It treats the body as a whole, identifying underlying causes to understand how normal function may have been disrupted. It is tailored to the individual, recognising that everyone is biochemically unique in their nutritional needs.

I understand that successful programmes must be realistic and achievable to get the best results. I take a down to earth approach and set bespoke programmes that are explained and tailored to your needs, making them easy to follow and manageable. My approach is not one that seeks to tell you what to do, but rather to educate you in order that you have the understanding and consequently motivation to make the necessary changes.

My area of specialism is fertility, pregnancy and infant health. I genuinely want to share my passion, belief and expertise in nutrition so that I can deliver successful pre-conception, pregnancy and infant programmes in order to help others have bouncing babies who will thrive into healthy, happy children – giving them the best start for a happy future…
