very poor service. order a go kart for my daughters birthday, 3 days later no email to advise was on way so contacted only to find that the item isn't even in stock, after a number of calls to the company i have still not recieved my refund which was supposed to be in my account today . would not order anything from them again, the go kart was still on there website the other day despite being out of stock and i am still waiting on my refund over a week later for an error that was there fault. Will be very lucky if my daughter gets another go kart in time by her birthday on sunday as we are on thursday and no refund for me to order her another one.

Wow. Stopped by to ask for help with keys locked in a car. Adrian went to great lengths to help and got us sorted. So friendly and helpful. Thanks guys

These guys are fab! Went to collect a go kart for my son for Christmas this morning and as it had been made up, it wouldn't fit in the car. They disassembled a few parts so it would fit. First class service from Adrian and Jack, I needed an assessment conducted on my bike following a road traffic accident. Bike Shack got the assessment done very quickly and professionally for which I am very gratefully. Would recommend them highly for anyone looking to purchase a bike or get repairs/servicing done.

Fantastic service every time I go in and always there to help out.

Excellent shop, with extremely helpful staff. These guys tell you what you need to start cycling, and help you get on the road. Will be doing all my bike shopping here. Thanks lads

Excellent customer service, sent an email enquiry late on a Friday night about a product, had a response almost straight back answering all my questions fully, I had no hesitation in ordering up straight away, that's real customer service and they will now be my first stop for bikes and accessories.

Everything you would want and need from your local bike shop. I even got coffee and biscuits.
