We have been out on the bike trails a few times now. Definitely would recommend to absolutely everyone from the absolute beginner to expert mountain biker. There is something for every ability as you can skip some of the difficult sections at any stage. There are also walking trails that are very scenic and tranquil. The hosts are welcoming and extremely helpful. The coffee shop is fantastic and has a wide range of options for a busy day at Blessingbourne. I wish I had heard about this place sooner. Fantastic for all the family.

We had such a fantastic few days staying at Blessingbourne Estate, Coleen and Nick are so friendly and could not do enough to make us and the children feel welcome (including lending the children their dog Inka to take for a walk). The apartments are absolutely beautiful and spotless with everything you need. The grounds are stunning and a credit to the entire team. We can't wait to come back to explore more as 3days was just not enough.

We had a delightful family break this Easter after several years from our last visit. The accommodation is simply great and the Lowry family are very welcoming indeed. Apart from the excellent onsite trails we were able to make short trips to The Folk Park and Enniskillen.Hope to be back soon.

Visited Blessingbourne over the bank holiday weekend during my hen party for afternoon tea! The setting is beautiful, the owner Helen was soo lovely and the afternoon tea was superb!!! Definitley be back to visit with the hope of staying in their apartments or cottages!!! Thank you for helping to make my hen party so special xxx

The courtyard apartments and estate as a whole really are breathtaking, couple this with the warmest of welcomes and we knew right away that we would have a wonderful time. The accommodation was spotless and the welcome basket is a lovely touch. throughout the stay nothing was too much trouble and Colleen looked after us and Roo just like one of the family. It's great to find somewhere that isn't just pet friendly but thoroughly embraces them.



2 nights definitely wasn't enough, we will be back very soon! Thank you again, see you in January!

The bike trail is so much fun and is suitable for all ages, skill and fitness levels. You need five pound coins to get into the car park and that's all the money you need! We'll definitely be back!!

Stopped off for afternoon stroll returning to Belfast from weekend in Fermanagh. Grateful to owner Nick for taking time to tell us about the estate and point us in the right direction for lovely 4Km walk through the woods and by the lake. Looking forward to returning with bikes - MTB trails look excellent.

Lovely day, lovely host and loads to do. Def not a place to be missed. The bike track is perfect for the family with some harder parts that you can nip off on your own and rejoin again.

Just back from a birthday house party. Blessingbourne was the perfect place to host something like this. The welcome from Nick and Colleen could not have been warmer. Accommodation was top-notch luxury and having booked all apartments, the option of hiring the coach house too gave us a fantastic place to eat and keep cosy in the evenings (or daytimes when weather wasn't being kind). We loved the relaxed feel of the place. All our guests appreciated the mountain biking, walking trails and/or boating lake. Your tips for catering were excellent: we had superb wood-fired oven, freshly made pizzas from Il Carro della Pizza, top notch barbecued steaks, chicken and ribs from Phair Grylls and really tasty local pies/lasagne from Gary Coote's butchers.



Our guests loved the tour of your beautiful house. The peacocks even decided to fan their feathers for us. We loved the way both of you and Rory were always around so that any problems were sorted straight away. Logs for the fire in the coach house appeared several times each day.



The rain made a minor dint on things (but hey, this is the west of Ireland) but the warmth of the welcome more than made up for it.

I held my birthday weekend at Blessingborne Estate and myself and my guests are left with the most amazing memories. The apartments and lodge are first class, tasteful and spotless. Colleen and Nick could not have done more to make us all welcome. From the young children to the teenagers to us oldies we all were kept entertained. We especially enjoyed the fabulous walks and mountain bike trail. I will be recommending this wonderful place to everyone and can't wait to return.

Great spot for a weekend in the country!

From the moment we arrived we loved it, stables apartment was fab, spotless and has everything you could need, hamper was beautiful aswell, our 2 year son had a blast, loved seeing the peacocks at the windows , feeding the horses and playing with the cats and dogs in the courtyard, 4k walk was beautiful and Colleen was so friendly to us and anything we needed she was there, defo b bk for longer in the summer, thanks for grt weekend �

Fantastic place for Horse riding, beautiful quiet trails with no traffic! lovely friendly atmosphere and lots of grassy canter lanes to blow the cobwebs off on, forest tracks and logs to pop. Well worth a look around the lake and gardens too, beautiful place to take some perfect pictures of your loyal steed. Stables available on request so you can make the horse comfy and have tea and cake in the coffee cabin before you have to leave and go back to the hustle and bustle of the real world. Highly recommend, 5*.

Blessingbourne is a beautiful estate and the perfect place to visit for people who appreciate the outdoors. Great for long walks, cycling, relaxing in lovely surroundings and the cottages are dog friendly. We stayed for one night with our dog and enjoyed 2 woodland walks and some time in the local village. Colleen and Michelle were very welcoming and accommodating, allowing us both early check in and late check out. Would highly recommend and hope to visit again.

Attended a hen weekend, stayed in tbe apartments on site. Loved every minute Colleen is a wonderful host and so accommodating. Would highly recommend blessingbourne for a family getaway or hen weekend. Thoroughly enjoyed every minute, can't wait to go back xx

Absolutely brilliant weekend here for my birthday...Owners are so welcoming and friendly... so much to do....apartments decorated and equipped to the highest standard.... On a stunning estate! .. Loved every minute and worth every penny. ���

2 of the most charismatic owners of any establishment I've ever stayed at. Nick and Colleen really could not do enough for you including letting my daughter ride thier horse .

Amazed by the history and the range of artifacts to look at, I cant believe I was never there before now and definitely will be back

Just home from a wonderful short break at the Blessingbourne apartments. Beautiful setting and a really relaxing break.

Just back from a birthday house party. Blessingbourne was the perfect place to host something like this. The welcome from Nick and Colleen could not have been warmer. Accommodation was top-notch luxury and having booked all apartments, the option of hiring the coach house too gave us a fantastic place to eat and keep cosy in the evenings (or daytimes when weather wasn't being kind). We loved the relaxed feel of the place. All our guests appreciated the mountain biking, walking trails and/or boating lake. Your tips for catering were excellent: we had superb wood-fired oven, freshly made pizzas from Il Carro della Pizza, top notch barbecued steaks, chicken and ribs from Phair Grylls and really tasty local pies/lasagne from Gary Coote's butchers.



Our guests loved the tour of your beautiful house. The peacocks even decided to fan their feathers for us. We loved the way both of you and Rory were always around so that any problems were sorted straight away. Logs for the fire in the coach house appeared several times each day.



The rain made a minor dint on things (but hey, this is the west of Ireland) but the warmth of the welcome more than made up for it.

I held my birthday weekend at Blessingborne Estate and myself and my guests are left with the most amazing memories. The apartments and lodge are first class, tasteful and spotless. Colleen and Nick could not have done more to make us all welcome. From the young children to the teenagers to us oldies we all were kept entertained. We especially enjoyed the fabulous walks and mountain bike trail. I will be recommending this wonderful place to everyone and can't wait to return.

Great spot for a weekend in the country!

From the moment we arrived we loved it, stables apartment was fab, spotless and has everything you could need, hamper was beautiful aswell, our 2 year son had a blast, loved seeing the peacocks at the windows , feeding the horses and playing with the cats and dogs in the courtyard, 4k walk was beautiful and Colleen was so friendly to us and anything we needed she was there, defo b bk for longer in the summer, thanks for grt weekend �

Fantastic place for Horse riding, beautiful quiet trails with no traffic! lovely friendly atmosphere and lots of grassy canter lanes to blow the cobwebs off on, forest tracks and logs to pop. Well worth a look around the lake and gardens too, beautiful place to take some perfect pictures of your loyal steed. Stables available on request so you can make the horse comfy and have tea and cake in the coffee cabin before you have to leave and go back to the hustle and bustle of the real world. Highly recommend, 5*.

Blessingbourne is a beautiful estate and the perfect place to visit for people who appreciate the outdoors. Great for long walks, cycling, relaxing in lovely surroundings and the cottages are dog friendly. We stayed for one night with our dog and enjoyed 2 woodland walks and some time in the local village. Colleen and Michelle were very welcoming and accommodating, allowing us both early check in and late check out. Would highly recommend and hope to visit again.

Attended a hen weekend, stayed in tbe apartments on site. Loved every minute Colleen is a wonderful host and so accommodating. Would highly recommend blessingbourne for a family getaway or hen weekend. Thoroughly enjoyed every minute, can't wait to go back xx

Absolutely brilliant weekend here for my birthday...Owners are so welcoming and friendly... so much to do....apartments decorated and equipped to the highest standard.... On a stunning estate! .. Loved every minute and worth every penny. ���
