Blk Box Fitness Description
Training properly is not easy. We aren’t here to kid anyone. There are no shortcuts. The fitness industry is full of gimmicks, shortcuts and quick fixes.
We have successfully disrupted this by sticking by our core set of values and beliefs on what being truly fit is.
Our training philosophy will constantly change and evolve but we use it to guide our direction and service we offer. We encourage all clients to adopt a training centric approach where training is lead by a qualified coach. Our system follows the below principles:
1) Strength Underpins everything we do. Everyone needs a foundation of Strength.
2) Incorporate pre-hab / re-hab protocols and train multiple planes
3) Performance before Aesthetics: Using functional bodyweight & other apparatus ahead of machines.
4) Fitness is Inclusive, Everyone is an Athlete. Our gym designs include elements of strength, endurance, mobility, flexibility and cardiovascular training to suit everyone.
5) No fads, gimmicks and promotional BS - We use tried and tested approaches that get results, not what's currently en vogue.
This has resulted in us working with a huge number of prestige clients including Ulster Rugby, Brighton and Hove Albion FC, Arsenal FC and the IRFU to name but a few.

Ordered an assault bike on a Friday and had it by the Monday. Can’t ask for much better service.

15mm of pure compact rubber that does the job for any Gym or PT studio. Flooring is very easy to clean.
Free Standing Rig - Amazing
These rigs & squat racks are strong and have a great Finnish. Goods come well packaged and on time.

Excellent service. Bought a free standing cube rig for our college in farnboroug. The rig was excellent quality and value and it was delivered very quickly. Very professional guys to deal with and were very patient with us as alot of red tape involved in any college purchase. Would recommend them to anyone and we will be doing our future business with then for sure.
Equipment is great from the rigs to the bumper plates. Love using the Belfast bar.
