We went to Blue Chicago on Friday afternoon, and we enjoyed everything. Food was absolutely delicious I had the steak fillet and it was gorgeous. Our we server Megan was amazing and made our day. We will definitely be back.

Was up having a meal before going to the cinema and was extremely pleased! Our waitress Robyn was a lovely girl and provided us with excellent customer service. Always making sure that our food was ok and always asking of we needed anything! Would definitely recommend anyone to go for some food.

Was in Blue Chicago at Dundonald the food was excellent had the steak sizzler my friend had the chilli chicken, meal very warm. We were served by a girl called Lucy she was very polite and looked after us well, nothing being too much trouble. Will definitely be back.

This is one of our favourite places to eat, we try to go whenever my hubby isn't working, went last night as a treat for my hubbys birthday after getting no reply to either the email and the text (until we had been and gone) the young waitress who served us (Megan) was a credit to the place she couldn't do enough for us she even went in next door to get us our corn bread, but the young dark haired girl ( didn't get her name) who came to take our dessert order could have at least smiled, I asked if she could put a candle in my hubby's dessert (as it was his birthday) but she just came and sat it on the table no candle and no happy birthday and not even as much as a smile.. Maybe if she watched how Megan works and treats customers she might learn a few tips... Bit disappointed but hey ho

The wife and I went last night and we got served and seated very quickly. It wasn't that busy! We got our drinks and food ordered which was great. About 15 minutes had passed and we hadn't got our food. The waitress came over and told us that the chef had mixed up the order so they had to re do the order which would've taken a bit longer. We were given 2 free drinks on the house which was very nice of the waitress. Then when we got the food I noticed my sweet chilli chips were cold. So I went up told the waitress that they were so they took the chips of the bull which was great. So when we finished our meal we were offered 2 free desserts and we were amazed at how great the customer service was and very rare to get else Where. We will be back again because the food was fantastic and the customer service was on point.

The staff here are absolute stars - we were a table of ten and the service literally couldn't have been better. They are so efficient and attentive, always someone nearby and ready to help with whatever you need.

Just had an amazing meal first class service it was my little girls birthday and the lovely girl Carly brought her a little cake and played happy birthday lovely touch and amazing food �

In tonight to celebrate sister in laws birthday. Had the loaded potato skins for starters and burger for main course. The food is as gorgeous and a generous portion size. The staff were very efficient and friendly. We will definitely be back.

If u want a good meal with good portions that taste amazing in a nice atmosphere for good price go here I am busted food was amazing service was quick all round awesomeness

Had lunch here today for the first time ever..The service was brilliant lovely decor and felt very welcoming, I got the camembert starter which was amazing, I also got the 8oz fillet and it was perfect and lovely, my partner got the 12oz Memphis who thought was really tasty, we couldn't fault 1 thing it was a lovely experience and will definitely be back :) x

Food was delicious, service was quick -considering it was a Saturday night & our server was friendly and pleasant! The kids enjoyed their meal also! Would defo recommend to friends and family! �

Easter Monday and the restaurant was packed however the staff were very courteous, the food came quickly and it was all very fresh and delicious! Well done on coping so well under pressure. Would recommend to anyone!

Again food was excellent and staff were generally friendly and quite prompt. One member of staff could have done with some customer training and our dessert took about 15 minutes to arrive but apart from that it was a very good experience.

My whole family are big fans of your restaurant, when the Bangor one opened we were very excited as it’s so close to us. However we have been very disappointed. The food is still at the same high quality however the service is definitely not. We have visited twice now. The first time I asked for no dressing on my burger, it came down dressed and when I told the server she rolled her eyes like I was an inconvenience and didn’t seem too happy at all. I felt very uncomfortable. The second time was only on Sunday and I ordered the same thing, the pulled pork burger with no dressing or onion rings. I was brought down a burger that had a beef burger, pulled pork and onion rings in it. I didn’t even want to tell them it was wrong because of how they reacted last time. My partner ordered a steak and after asking twice, received no steak knife, and ended up having to use a butter knife to try and cut a 10z sirloin. I’d rather just avoid it and travel to Dundonald.
