Tried this restaurant for the first time tonight.



It was really busy and I didn’t think we would even get a seat, but I couldn’t fault the service or the food. The staff were friendly too.

This place is fantastic for dining, they serve first class food. Travelled to Ireland from Scotland for the weekend & was planning on dining somewhere else when we discovered this gem of a place. The girl that served us was lovely. The restaurant was clean as was the toilets. I will definitely be going back the next time I'm in Bangor.

Staff helpful, attentive and on the ball. Although the restaurant was totally full, serving was quick... Food quality and quantity was as expected. Great #GlutenFree and vegetarian menus. Only compliant would be the quantity of sauce poured over the stack. In future will request it on the side...

So glad to have a blue Chicago in Bangor, it is so handy! We love it! Have been to Bangor's three times now and the food is always really tasty, never disappointed. The staff are always very friendly and helpful, this evening Jake served our table and was top notch as expected! (Thanks for recommending a good dessert) blue Chicago Bangor is now one of our favourite locals! 👌🏻

My husband, daughter and I had our dinner here this evening and I have to say it was absolutely beautiful. The restaurant was busy with it being a typical Saturday night but the service and staff where second to none. One staff member in particular really looked after us and couldn't do enough to help us and my daughter out. Her name is Charlie and I just wanted to personally name her as it's easy to name to shame when it's negative feedback but i believe positive feedback is just as important especially when you have a member of staff as helpful and pleasent as this girl. Well done everyone. Will definitely be back 😁

My favourite place to eat fast service good food and not overly expensive.

My family and I had a lovely meal in bloomfields blue Chicago, my only criticism would be that a finger bowl should be supplied with wings.when I asked they didn't understand and brought us an empty bowl (this wasn't the first time as my son gets same thing every time)lol..that aside the staff where attentive and even brought our dessert with a candle in for my friends birthday.

I had a great time with my son and mother at Blue Chicago. The food was fantastic, hot and the service was excellent. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Have been now three times and the food is always great and the team there have always been helpful and welcoming.

Highly recommend.

Had a great meal service was good plenty of grub very tasty really struggled to eat everything but just couldn't managed to clear my plate gave it 5 star's that's hard to score with me give it a go you won't be disappointed

Excellent meal. Sizzling chicken strips, mushrooms and onions in a pepper sauce& fries. Glass of diet coke all for a £10 lunch time special. My wife had what she called "the best burger she ever had" and all with helpful, attentive staff. Will be back again definitely.

Called in for a quick bite to eat 2 adults 3 kids and served by Hannah who was absolutely fantastic. Great service great food will be back

Amazing food,the ribs fall off the bone and the nacho starter is a must try.staff are extremely attentive and polite.didn't get our servers name but he's the one with amazing Irish accent and honestly a credit to the business.can't wait to visit again.very happy customers

2nd visit with the family as an 18th birthday treat for our daughter! First Class yet again from the minute we walked right up until we headed out the door! Staff very friendly and attentive Drinks/food order taken quickly and both came out as sharply! Plenty of food on the plenty and very tasty - thank you Chefs! If you haven't been go! Def back again! Visited the Bloomfirleld branch yesterday with daughter and granddaughter. I found the establishment very professional. The waitress showed us our seats and took our drinks order. After settling my GDaughter into her high chair we decided on what we wanted to eat. The waitress was helpful and friendly. When the food came out we all enjoyed what we had. My GDaughter who is 2yrs old of course didnt finish her chicken nuggets and the waitress very kindly boxed them up for her to eat later. All in all lovely lunch and good experience.�

I ordered the lasagna, which was not as hot as it could be. When I mentioned it to the staff, I expected it to be heated up - not replaced with a completely fresh meal, delicious too. They didn’t change for mine, which was completely unexpected.



Tom enjoyed his piri piri chicken, both meals were delicious. We will be going again. Definitely recommended

Visited the restaurant last night. Extremely understaffed! Waited over half an hour for our food despite many other tables who arrived after us getting their meals before us. When the food arrived the order was wrong and the food was cold. Staff extremely courteous but were obviously under extreme pressure. Food was delicious but the wait would put me off coming back. Please hire more staff!

This was our 4th visit and quite frankly disappointing. Previously went on a very busy Saturday night,queued for half an hour and received exceptional service and great food. Last night was a quiet Sunday, our table was booked for a birthday party and with only 5 other tables in we thought.. excellent...wrong. Slow service, long wait and cold food. Mediocre to say the least. The only saving grace was the lovely Irish fella working

I would recommend asking for any sauces to be served on the side as they can be overpowering. Also made the batter on my sesame chicken so soggy it wasn't pleasant to eat.

Was disappointed that after clearing our dinner plates the staff didn't come near us again so didn't get to order the dessert we had planned.

I would also prefer that your bill was brought to the table as when out with friends it's much easier to work out who owes what rather than when standing at till.
