In order to kill time until my next appointment at Blush in 44 minutes, I’m writing a review about how excited I am to go back! I went 2 weeks ago to my first appt and got a glimpse of what it must be like to be a celebrity. I’ve never been treated like such a VIP. To satisfy my family, I promised I’d go to at least a couple more shops before rushing back to Blush to finalise my choice - I’m on a serious budget so promised I’d consider at least one inexpensive alternative. Well, I’ve now been to other boutiques and just wish I hadn’t wasted my time - it actually depressed me being in other boutiques! No one has given me the time and attention the girls at blush did. No one put me (literally) on a little foam pedestal and made me feel like the only bride-to-be in the world, despite the shop being very busy. The store owner actually made herself late for an appointment in town just so she could see me in one more dress. And importantly, no where else I have been has been that much cheaper! The sheer amount of dress (and care!) you get for your money in Blush is astounding!! It was a truly magical experience that I wasn’t even expecting. What a treat. Still 42 minutes til my appointment, wonder if they’d mind if I arrive early... �

I went to get a dress for a friend's wedding. Was made to feel really welcome and the salesperson picked out several styles for me to try based on the idea I had in mind. She was very attentive and gave her opinion on each one and I found one that I really loved. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend for the personal attention and range of beautiful dresses. I'll be back!

I had such a lovely experience at Blush! Not only are the dresses amazing but the girls were so helpful and friendly and they made me feel fab! X

After not long having my 2nd child in 2 years you can imaging how I felt. Frumpy and not at all myself. Going in I felt deflated and had anxiety coming out my ears. Kathleen was a super star and could not have been more helpful, polite and friendly than she was, she even joined in with us crying when we found the dream dress �. She advised I tried on more dresses as my dress was only the 3rd dress I tried and she wanted to be sure I had found the right one and was completely happy. Never once felt rushed or like I was wasting her time. Asking stupid questions and been fussy at the beginning was never a problem "it's just letting know what you want and don't want" was her words. I left the shop not only having found my dream dress and vail but also feeling completely beautiful and relaxed.



She was again just as brilliant and helpful when I went back to collect it.



All in all made an a experience I was dreading all it should have been and more could not be happier with the shop, staff or my dress �

Staff inattentive and rude telling us we weren't in the mood for shopping (despite us purchasing a beautiful outfit in a shop down the road within 30 mins), anything we said the staff member ignored and continued to be pushy. Never review places but just felt I had to today! Wouldn't recommend.

Absolutely disgusted. As I bride to be I asked about looking at sale dresses. As I had no appointment I completely appreciate and understand they had a bride coming for an appointment so I said I would look at the clothes as I am going on holiday. But when the sales lady took the other sales lady aside to whisper and talk about me and my daughter is completely uncalled for???? We both saw you on your high mirrors. Maybe be an idea to not talk about potential customers and point about them.......no denying it either. We saw you and your guilty faces when you realised we saw you both.......Friendliness, professionalism and customer care would have be more more acceptable as I certainly would have made an appointment to return. But don’t appreciate being made feel this way about enquiring about wedding dresses.

I visited Blush just over a year ago after winning a Facebook competition for a ‘Bridal Experience’. Based on how brilliant this was, I thought I HAD to return when It was actually time to shop for my dress. However, my experience this time round was completely different.



I have honestly never felt such an inconvenience to an establishment. From the moment I arrived I felt like it was a hassle for the shop assistants to help me. There was no atmosphere, the girls switched mid-appointment, they did not seem to care about building rapport with me or my mum/mother-in-law and didn’t peg/fit me into any of the dresses. At one point, the girl sighed and checked her watch.



I honestly hate writing negative reviews but I just don’t want anyone to experience what I did during what is meant to be an exciting and magical time.

Honestly the worst customer service I've ever experienced in a shop in my life. Went to try on a dress and just stood there with 0 assistance even though I had several questions to ask about the dress (despite the fact that there was one girl standing in the middle of the shop doing nothing)

Once I tried on the dress I wanted to buy it but had more questions about it being taken in so I stood and waited near the till for someone to approach me while all the assistants just stared at me without coming over. Ended up putting the dress back and walking out because I literally was not being approached. I don't know why you wanted to make me feel like my money wasn't good enough or something but congrats on succeeding

Honestly the worst customer service I've ever experienced in a shop in my life. Went to try on a dress and just stood there with 0 assistance even though I had several questions to ask about the dress (despite the fact that there was one girl standing in the middle of the shop doing nothing)

Once I tried on the dress I wanted to buy it but had more questions about it being taken in so I stood and waited near the till for someone to approach me while all the assistants just stared at me without coming over. Ended up putting the dress back and walking out because I literally was not being approached. I don't know why you wanted to make me feel like my money wasn't good enough or something but congrats on succeeding

What an amazing shop ! My first time ever going bridal shopping ! And picked my wedding dress� I would love to thank Anna and Marion for all there help and patience�

Highly recommend as there is so many beautiful dresses to choose from ��

Went to Blush today to look for an outfit for my brothers wedding,the staff were extremely friendly and helpful,especially Peter and Kathleen who provided us with non stop entertainment and laughs from the moment we set foot in the shop.a great range of dresses, would highly recommend it!

In order to kill time until my next appointment at Blush in 44 minutes, I’m writing a review about how excited I am to go back! I went 2 weeks ago to my first appt and got a glimpse of what it must be like to be a celebrity. I’ve never been treated like such a VIP. To satisfy my family, I promised I’d go to at least a couple more shops before rushing back to Blush to finalise my choice - I’m on a serious budget so promised I’d consider at least one inexpensive alternative. Well, I’ve now been to other boutiques and just wish I hadn’t wasted my time - it actually depressed me being in other boutiques! No one has given me the time and attention the girls at blush did. No one put me (literally) on a little foam pedestal and made me feel like the only bride-to-be in the world, despite the shop being very busy. The store owner actually made herself late for an appointment in town just so she could see me in one more dress. And importantly, no where else I have been has been that much cheaper! The sheer amount of dress (and care!) you get for your money in Blush is astounding!! It was a truly magical experience that I wasn’t even expecting. What a treat. Still 42 minutes til my appointment, wonder if they’d mind if I arrive early... �

She was very attentive and gave her opinion on each one and I found one that I really loved. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend for the personal attention and range of beautiful dresses. I'll be back!

I am not a frilly dilly person at all and was looking for a chic outside the box look! Boy did they deliver! They knew exactly by looking at me what id suit? So many compliments on the day! even the hotel guests ( nothing to do with wedding) were asking where id bought my outfit...

..definitely a 1930's vibe! So special and different!

After not long having my 2nd child in 2 years you can imaging how I felt. Frumpy and not at all myself. Going in I felt deflated and had anxiety coming out my ears. Kathleen was a super star and could not have been more helpful, polite and friendly than she was, she even joined in with us crying when we found the dream dress �. She advised I tried on more dresses as my dress was only the 3rd dress I tried and she wanted to be sure I had found the right one and was completely happy. Never once felt rushed or like I was wasting her time. Asking stupid questions and been fussy at the beginning was never a problem "it's just letting know what you want and don't want" was her words. I left the shop not only having found my dream dress and vail but also feeling completely beautiful and relaxed.



She was again just as brilliant and helpful when I went back to collect it.



All in all made an a experience I was dreading all it should have been and more could not be happier with the shop, staff or my dress �

As I had no appointment I completely appreciate and understand they had a bride coming for an appointment so I said I would look at the clothes as I am going on holiday. But when the sales lady took the other sales lady aside to whisper and talk about me and my daughter is completely uncalled for???? We both saw you on your high mirrors. Maybe be an idea to not talk about potential customers and point about them.......no denying it either. We saw you and your guilty faces when you realised we saw you both.......Friendliness, professionalism and customer care would have be more more acceptable as I certainly would have made an appointment to return. But don’t appreciate being made feel this way about enquiring about wedding dresses.

5* isn't enough



After not long having my 2nd child in 2 years you can imaging how I felt. Frumpy and not at all myself. Going in I felt deflated and had anxiety coming out my ears. Kathleen was a super star and could not have been more helpful, polite and friendly than she was, she even joined in with us crying when we found the dream dress �. She advised I tried on more dresses as my dress was only the 3rd dress I tried and she wanted to be sure I had found the right one and was completely happy. Never once felt rushed or like I was wasting her time. Asking stupid questions and been fussy at the beginning was never a problem "it's just letting know what you want and don't want" was her words. I left the shop not only having found my dream dress and vail but also feeling completely beautiful and relaxed.



She was again just as brilliant and helpful when I went back to collect it.



All in all made an a experience I was dreading all it should have been and more could not be happier with the shop, staff or my dress �

Shopped here today for mother of the bride. Staff inattentive and rude telling us we weren't in the mood for shopping (despite us purchasing a beautiful outfit in a shop down the road within 30 mins), anything we said the staff member ignored and continued to be pushy. Never review places but just felt I had to today! Wouldn't recommend.

Absolutely disgusted. As I bride to be I asked about looking at sale dresses. As I had no appointment I completely appreciate and understand they had a bride coming for an appointment so I said I would look at the clothes as I am going on holiday. But when the sales lady took the other sales lady aside to whisper and talk about me and my daughter is completely uncalled for???? We both saw you on your high mirrors. Maybe be an idea to not talk about potential customers and point about them.......no denying it either. We saw you and your guilty faces when you realised we saw you both.......Friendliness, professionalism and customer care would have be more more acceptable as I certainly would have made an appointment to return. But don’t appreciate being made feel this way about enquiring about wedding dresses.

I’m honestly not normally one to leave reviews like this but if my recent Bridal shopping experience at Blush had of been my first ever time trying on dresses, I would have left the shop in tears.



I visited Blush just over a year ago after winning a Facebook competition for a ‘Bridal Experience’. Based on how brilliant this was, I thought I HAD to return when It was actually time to shop for my dress. However, my experience this time round was completely different.



I have honestly never felt such an inconvenience to an establishment. From the moment I arrived I felt like it was a hassle for the shop assistants to help me. There was no atmosphere, the girls switched mid-appointment, they did not seem to care about building rapport with me or my mum/mother-in-law and didn’t peg/fit me into any of the dresses. At one point, the girl sighed and checked her watch.



I honestly hate writing negative reviews but I just don’t want anyone to experience what I did during what is meant to be an exciting and magical time.

Honestly the worst customer service I've ever experienced in a shop in my life. Went to try on a dress and just stood there with 0 assistance even though I had several questions to ask about the dress (despite the fact that there was one girl standing in the middle of the shop doing nothing)

Once I tried on the dress I wanted to buy it but had more questions about it being taken in so I stood and waited near the till for someone to approach me while all the assistants just stared at me without coming over. Ended up putting the dress back and walking out because I literally was not being approached. I don't know why you wanted to make me feel like my money wasn't good enough or something but congrats on succeeding

What an amazing shop ! My first time ever going bridal shopping ! And picked my wedding dress� I would love to thank Anna and Marion for all there help and patience�

Went to Blush today to look for an outfit for my brothers wedding,the staff were extremely friendly and helpful,especially Peter and Kathleen who provided us with non stop entertainment and laughs from the moment we set foot in the shop.a great range of dresses, would highly recommend it!

THANK YOU to all the wonderful staff at Blush Belfast for dressing me from head to toe for this year's IFTAs (Irish Film & Drama Awards at Mansion House Dublin) It was such a glamorous red carpet event and being nominated for Best Short Film made it very special for me and my team. Thanks for helping me feel a million dollars in my @Kevanjon gold dress, you girls made shopping so much fun - I received so many compliments on the night. I will be back soon I hope. ;) xxx

In order to kill time until my next appointment at Blush in 44 minutes, I’m writing a review about how excited I am to go back! I went 2 weeks ago to my first appt and got a glimpse of what it must be like to be a celebrity. I’ve never been treated like such a VIP. To satisfy my family, I promised I’d go to at least a couple more shops before rushing back to Blush to finalise my choice - I’m on a serious budget so promised I’d consider at least one inexpensive alternative. Well, I’ve now been to other boutiques and just wish I hadn’t wasted my time - it actually depressed me being in other boutiques! No one has given me the time and attention the girls at blush did. No one put me (literally) on a little foam pedestal and made me feel like the only bride-to-be in the world, despite the shop being very busy. The store owner actually made herself late for an appointment in town just so she could see me in one more dress. And importantly, no where else I have been has been that much cheaper! The sheer amount of dress (and care!) you get for your money in Blush is astounding!! It was a truly magical experience that I wasn’t even expecting. What a treat. Still 42 minutes til my appointment, wonder if they’d mind if I arrive early... �

I went to get a dress for a friend's wedding. Was made to feel really welcome and the salesperson picked out several styles for me to try based on the idea I had in mind. She was very attentive and gave her opinion on each one and I found one that I really loved. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend for the personal attention and range of beautiful dresses. I'll be back!

Got our mothers dress for my sister wedding today and have to say the ladies could not have been any more helpful, have shopped here a few times and would definitely recommend it �

Bought my mother of the bride outfit from Blush Belfast and couldn't fault their attention to detail and fantastic styling ability! I am not a frilly dilly person at all and was looking for a chic outside the box look! Boy did they deliver! They knew exactly by looking at me what id suit? So many compliments on the day! even the hotel guests ( nothing to do with wedding) were asking where id bought my outfit...

..definitely a 1930's vibe! So special and different!
