Was in boardwalk yesterday and purchased a pair of beautiful sandals thanks to the most friendliest and lovely girl Nicole. She was absolutely fantastic with me! I tried on alot of pairs of shoes and she was so good bringing me many different styles and sizes as I find it difficult being a 6.5!. Nicole was just great letting me take my time to decide and giving me honest advice! Will definitely be back�

Visited this fabulous shop on Saturday and couldn't believe the range of stock. Staff were really helpful and nothing was too much bother. Definitely look forward to a return visit!

Very friendly and helpful staff. I was really impressed by the honesty of the staff member who followed me out onto the street and told me to come back to the shop as I was charged too much for a pair of shoes after they were placed in the wrong shoe box. Great selection of shoes and I will definitely be back.

This was the first time visiting this wonderful shop. I took my mother for a browse and we ended up buying 3 pairs of sandals. I have never met friendlier, more helpful staff - they couldn’t do enough!

Had a very poor customer service experience. I went in to buy two pairs of boots and after the card payment was processed I was asked if I would like a bag to which I replied yes. The girl said have you 10p to which I replied no. She wouldn't give me a bag then even though she should have asked while processing the payment. Petty; silly behaviour that damages a business
