Great coffee and the food looks amazing.must get back here again
Bob and Berts is a some cafe in the middle of Portrush towns. Lunches are very good, and the service is very good, and quite quick.
Good selection of savoury foods at reasonable price. Staff friendly. Conveniently situated in the town.
Only give 3 stars because the staff were very helpful, although not very efficient. The price of 2 poached eggs on their own @ £2.95 was a bit rediculous. Our 8 year old son had to wait 15 mins in his single piece of toast as they had seemed to have forgotten about it. I don't think I would be back here which is a shame because I am a regular customer in the Bob & Bert coffee chain.
Ordered a bagel and was given a panini!!
Ordered cake with cream and did not receive cream and when asked for cream there was no apology. Customer service left a lot to be desired.
Staff obviously not trained adequately.
Have been in Limavady branch and staff far superior and much more friendly and obliging.
