My pre-hab and re-hab for the 2nd operation was guided and co-ordinated by my physio Mark Coulter. Extensive strengthening work before my operation and the necessary post operative care meant I was off crutches and walking comfortably on my 4th day post op. Marks attention to detail regarding my health and fitness was first class. He instilled a tremendous confidence in me that my knee and my whole body were progressively strengthening each step of the way. I knew I was making steady progress each week as I was able to accomplish the tasks and benchmarks Mark was setting for me. It was his functional approach to movement and in particular my sport of football that really boosted my belief that I would get back playing at an elite level. His techniques were knew to me and seemed modern. I am now 7 months post operation and have been back into full training with my club. I am ready to play competitive games again in November which will be 8 months post op. I'm glad to say I have never felt as fit and confident in my ability to perform.

2nd ACL reconstruction (right knee) 15/03/16. - Return to Elite Sport scheduled for 02/11/16

Hi, Mark Coulter had me in rehab as I tore my ACL ligament in my knee in March. Mark started working with me shortly after I got my operation and immediately I started to see improvements and getting back to a normal way of life again. Within 12 weeks Mark had me back to where I needed to be and made my made my whole rehab fun as I enjoyed everything I done! I would highly reccomend him to anyone who is needing sorted out, before you know it your sorted in a fun and enjoyable environment with the whole Bodylab staff!

I was recommended Mark Coulters services at Body Lab NI due to a number of issues - namely a reoccurring ankle injury that had forced me to retire early from playing football, extremely tight calves, and mobility issues in both my hamstrings and hip flexors. I have had a number of physiotherapy sessions with Mark to date, the pain in my ankle has gone and my flexibility is slowly but surely returning to what it had been 10 years ago. In addition to the sessions he has provided with me detailed advice and exercises that have been invaluable in keeping me injury free, in great physical condition and recovery from football matches and training is much quicker than it ever has been before. Looking back a few months down the line I am very much indebted to Marks patience and hard work – if it wasn’t for him I would not be back playing and enjoying football again. I would not hesitate in recommending him or Body Lab NI to anyone.

I honestly couldn't recommend Mark Coulter at bodylab enough. I went with carpal tunnel in both my hands. He treated me with acupuncture and ultra sound also manipulation. Did wonder to ease the pain whole I was waiting for surgery..I have also been with back problems and each time I have came away with positive result. I have sent friends and family to see him and everyone has a good word on him. Lovey way with him and not pushy at all. Pam
