TIME FOR AN UPDATE: We've not posted on this channel much, we're mainly on instagram.

... Sincere thanks must go to each and every one of you that bought food and drink during our prelaunch period, before "the twelfth". Feedback was great on the taste, portion sizes, the quality, our transparency, and therefore: trust.
Clients and customers have been trainers, coaches, gym owners, personal training clientele, those in the beauty trade too, as well as staff at from other food and drink companies (we are very big on community over competition here), as well as local athletes across Gaelic football, rugby, soccer, golf, triathlon and powerlifting from the #Lurgan area to name but a few.
Behind the scenes there are a number of things we are working on to make the service better when it officially launches.
Firstly, a site for online ordering, which is very nearly ready, it contains pictures of the actual food and drink we prepare and serve, as well as detailed descriptions of what goes in, and exactly how they're produced, plus clear pricing.
Now, to be frank, we haven't looked at the menus, nor pricing, of any other companies as it's totally immaterial to what we are doing, our pricing is worked out on applying the percentages required to cover taxation and operating costs on top of the price of our quality ingredients.
Our menu is our own, and has not been shaped by what anybody else is doing.
We have utilised authentic recipes from around the world, sourced the best Irish produce, made sure our recipes hit sound nutrient targets as well as tasting incredible...may sound like a tall order but based on the feedback we've nailed it.
We are also improving our packaging and labelling, everything will be totally leakproof, microwave and freezer safe + the @myfitnesspal barcodes.
