Staff are always very helpful. In store pharmacy is a great resource to have in the City Centre. Great selection of food and cold drinks on ground floor.

I have always Iiked Boots but not today. The staff member at the cash register was at best unfriendly and patronising. We were visiting the Titantic Exhibition in Belfast and visited the city centre while we were there. The older lady with dark hair who served us (I did not see her name tag unfortunately) gave us a history lesson 'You are in NIreland which is in Britain' when I asked did they supply a paper bag. Same type of response when I produced my ROI Boots card unsure of whether this was accepted or not. I would like to say that the majority of the people we met today were lovely but this lady was rude and condescending and obviously very anti ROI.

Very poor customer service. I was in the store yesterday, August 1st, around 2 pm and used the pay counter at the back of the ground floor. The two sales assistants were most unfriendly. They were abrupt and seemed only concerned with chatting to each other. They didn't even make eye contact.
I felt humiliated and I certainly won't be returning.

I called at your pharmacy today and your pharmacist Andrea was incredibly helpful and cheery. She answered all my questions in a patient and knowledgeable way. Thank you so much.

I used to rave about Boots Donegal Place, Belfast. You could get everything you needed and quality was good. Most importantly customer service was good, not excellent but 'just' good, which kept me shopping there for years. However how times have changed, in the past few years I have noticed the customer service is dismal. Today was one example. I asked for help by 2 staff members who were talking. They wouldnt even look at me until they finsihed their conversation which went on for a couple of minutes. When They finally finished talking, I was told by the other member of staff that she couldnt help me as she couldnt move from her station. Where does Boots get these people from?! This has happened on several occassions. This is the reason why I am shopping there less. There is a lot more stores out there now selling the same products at knock down prices, Boots have a lot of competition so they really need to up their game. Totally disgusted at the level of service.

Spread over 3 floors, this is the main Boots Store in Belfast (they also have a smaller store in Castlecourt). The Donegall Place Store has a large perfume counter and has a great selection of both male & female fragrances. Plenty of Staff about to assist should you need help and given the size of the store sometimes finding what you need can be tricky sometimes! Only complaint would be that certain areas of the store seem very cramped - especially the food section - can get very busy at lunchtime and there isn't much room for manoeuvring!

Difficult to navigate your way around the store. Better signage would be helpful when trying to shop here

Biggest boots in Belfast. Has a huge range of items available and a very good pharmacy upstairs. Staff are always helpful when you need them.
