I ordered a bag, loved the style but the colour wasn't as I expected. They changed it for me immediately, and were really helpful. The delivery didn't take that long - about 8 days.

I have the Navy Backpack, stylish but practical,great design, strong gold zips add class and are so handy for phone and wallet, the leather is great quality and will soften with age, I can fit my iPad and drinks bottle and all the extra gubbins we carry , absolutely love it , would recommend this backpack too anyone who wants space and style

I have a fantastic rucksack / bag that I brought from Stuff for Chaps a few months ago & love it. I use it all the time, & as a rucksack its strong & mega safe as its impossible to break into it from behind when I'm walking in the town . As a bag its great on my shoulder & looks really smart. Love the dual possibility of how I use it.

Really nice leather & not mega expensive either.

Fantastic bag and very good customer service, they answered any questions quickly and I am delighted with the handbag.

Bought light blue tote bag. Was disappointed with this bag as delivery took over 4 weeks with no notification on status of delivery. Had to email 3 times before I received a reply. Bag was delivered from China which now makes sense why delivery took so long. Bag has no lining on leather so don’t think it will keep its shape. Very cheap nylon zipped detachable insert inside bag. I was glad I had a discount code when placing order as I feel bag is expensive for quality.

The colours are drastically different from the photo’s .

I thought I was getting a pale blue bag & it’s a dark airforce blue colour.

They state the colours may differ slightly due to light & camera settings , but I didn’t expect it to be by eight or so shades �
