Went into the shop in a bit of a dress crisis on a way to a wedding! The service was abs fantastic and the ladies were very accommodating, could have chosen a number of outfits. Ladies went out their way to help - would def recommend to anyone and couldn't be any more thankful of the service I received, will definitely be back! Thanks again ladies x

We purchased a formal dress from the girls in October at very short notice. The service was excellent, we had a few issues with the dress (nothing to do with Boudoir) and Fiona went out of her way to make sure it was all sorted for the day of the formal. � will definitely purchase here again.

The dress I ordered didn't arrive n time due to suppliers not the shop. I was able to choose another dress while on holidays which staff kept for me until I came back. Turned out I preferred the new dress anyway. They also gave me a voucher for the inconvenience. Thank you!

In this gorgeous shop today with my sister! Fell in love with it. The clothes are stunning! Very glamorous. 2 lovely ladies who like the craic. Very easy going. Shop is so sparkly and girlie. This is definitely going to be mine and Traceys new favourite shop...ps...I still want that gorgeous pink coat with fur...it will be mine lol ��

Called in today and I'm so glad I did. I found the most gorgeous dress for a wedding I'm attending on Saturday. Fiona was so helpful and picked out dresses that she knew would suit me best. I will definitely be back!!

Best place in the twn by a mile customer service is outa this world. 100/10. Wot fiona done for me u woudnt get anywhere else ill tell u. Not only is she one of the nicest ppl ive ever met and kept the shop open for me for 2 hours out of her own time on a friday night for me to find a dress for my cuzins wedding the nxt day. I was so stressed i cudnt find anything online or anywhere in the twn. The stuff in the shop is unreal the quality is amazing. I came in thinkin not one thing in here is going to fit me coz i thought they on do small sizes.NOPE. they go up to an 18. amazing..at least 12 dresses fitted me very well felt really well in them and i didnt feel pushed or rushed in any way.. place is amazing and so is the staff proud that this wee shop is in the heart of r wee twn..ill be bck again x

Unfortunately I didn't have a good experience in this shop, bought a dress that was too big for me and when I went back down I was offered an exchange only after trying on everything I couldn't find nothing I liked so I ended up having to pick a dress I wasn't even sure on, and at the money I handed over this wasn't good enough. A credit note isn't good enuf when my wedding is only a few days away!!don't like leaving bad reviews but just feel I need to this time

I'm not one to write reviews but I've had a bad experience with the Boudoir. I found the staff very unfriendly and unaccommodating. I think that 14 days is a very unfair and restrictive timeframe to be able to return an item. I did not want my money back, I simply wanted to be able to change it for something else for a wedding I have coming up or get a credit note. It's not to say I purchased the item months and months ago .. I bought it 23 days ago. I will not be shopping here again or recommending anyone to.
