Good staff help me Bec I am deaf.

Well laid out. Different items easily found. Good parking facilities. Helpful, friendly staff.

Very helpful staff. Massive building but we'll laid out with aisle signs and numbers so easy to find what you need. Car park is big and lots of other shops nearby e.g. Curry's.

Typical Sunday, very busy and staff just about able to cope - one or two more would help at the checkouts. Actual staff helpful as ever.

Very helpful staff. Good signage. Product bought excellent value. Like to get into stores, get merchandise quickly, served promptly and courteously and out! B&Q ticks all the boxes.

Was ok but hard to find staff

Very disappointed went last Wednesday tryed to use my discount card there computer wouldn't except it when they took my order, was there for over half hour then the guy said after takeing my order £595 it might come of when you go to the till to pay, it didn't all they said was they couldn't understand why!! Anyone else have this problem?

Massive large parking area outside the store. Tends to be well stock, but hard to find staff lately - for help. Decent store - good to have in the area.

Went to B&q just before closing had to get 80 paving brick. The young man Dean at the trade point counter was very helpful even helped me load them into the car. What a credit this young man is to this store.
