Motivation Monday 👌⁣ ⁣ How to nail sustainability? - for me personally ⁣ ⁣ 1. Enjoy your training ( there is no wrong or right method ) maintaining good form and intensity does the trick 👌⁣... 2. Count your calories ( you don’t need to follow a chicken and rice diet , personally 80-20 works for me. Following something where you don’t dread each meal)👌⁣ 3. Variables - whether it’s photos , scales , measurements ; monitor your fitness journey . This not only holds you accountable but allows you to make tweaks when and where needed 👌⁣ 4. Stay positive - if your heads in the right place you’ll get to where you want to be . If you hit a bad week ; suck it up and look towards the next don’t through the head up . Feel good Friday 😄 ... Keeping an eye on my calories the last couple weeks in the lead up to a holiday ... Sat in around maintenance calories and increased my output marginally (intensity increased of resistance training + taste of cardio ) ... ... Purposely kept things stupid simple to see the outcome . No outlandish nutrition changes or ample amounts of cardio , just an awareness of how much food I’m sinking 😄💪

Monday movement 🤞 - - - This weeks exercise is the upright row, a variation I use to target more of the deltoid and less of the trap that you get with your barbell upright row 👌 - - - Aim to flare your elbows as you pull the rope up until they are parallel to the shoulder . Keep a slow and controlled tempo for the ultimate burn 🔥

Raging my 12 weeks are up already. Gained a lot of strength, learnt new skills and lost 8kgs all thanks to Bradley. He very easily adapted work outs to match my ability and encouraged me to create and smash so many new personal bests. Would recommend him to anyone!

I have been training with Bradley for 6 months. His sessions are tough but very rewarding and he makes the sessions very fun! He has changed the sessions depending on what I want to do so currently I am completing boxing with him. I am half-way towards my target of losing 3 stone mostly because he is so encouraging and positive. I would and have recommended him to people.

Fab personal trainer, really supportive and invested in his clients progress! Couldn't have got to where I am now without him giving me the extra push to work harder and all the advice around diet and exercise over the months!
