Looking forward to this course Tomorrow. Carol Smyth Ibclc has been an absolute star since I was introduced to her and continues to give me support when needed.

Fabulous Turn out at our Breastfeeding Group today. Great to see so many mums supporting each other.
1.5 hours just isn’t long enough so we are going to adjust our times from next week onwards: Group will now Run from 11:30am - 13:30pm!

Breastfeeding Support Group back this Friday from 11-12:30 in warrenpoint. All mums breastfeeding, combi feeding, exclusively pumping, wanting to breastfeed, coming with their friend who is breastfeeding...... you get the picture! Everyone welcome for Tea/Coffee/Scones!

I was very lucky to partake in this training over the last few days. The 3 step rewind technique is not a therapy, more a process which can be used to shift a pattern change in how we think and feel about certain events.
I am looking forward to doing my case studies and becoming accredited and being able to offer this service.
This course really touched me on a personal level and there was lots of tears shed over the past 2 days but I already feel the benefit of going throug...h this process.

I am not sharing this for praise, but this comment or similar has been said to me quite a lot recently.
I am delighted to be able to help women & families achieve their own Breastfeeding Goals! This may be a week, a month, a year or longer!
We are not in competition with each other! The support in our what’s up group is phenomenal and I’m truly grateful to all the mums who support each other everyday. We are all learning.
... Our Breastfeeding group is back this Friday 11th January at 11am-12:30pm and all mums are welcome even if your breastfeeding journey has ended.
I will look forward to seeing you all for tea & scones!

Everyone is welcome to come along to our Breastfeeding support group.
If you are breastfeeding with Nipple shields you are giving your baby breast milk, if you are expressing you are giving your baby breast milk, if you are combi feeding with formula you are giving your baby breast milk, if you are pregnant you are welcome, if you are formula feeding and want to come along with... a friend who is breastfeeding you are welcome!
Motherhood is a massive learning curve and at Nurture we support all mothers!
