Bridal Loft Boutique

We arrived for an appointment for bridesmaids, instantly my first impression of the shop was not great it was very cluttered. There is small collection of bridesmaid dresses,There is one changing room which is behind a curtain and you all change together which is not suitable for everyone. The lady that took our appointment was very overpowering, everything we tried on 'suited'' us so I feel you would be sold anything in this shop as the lady did not seem to be in the know. Any opinions we had of the dresses we tried on didn't seem to matter as we were spoken over and disagreed with by the woman. We did however like one dress and were shown some swatches of the colours available- the swatches were a completely different material to the dress -I don't know how anyone is expected to pick a colour for their wedding day from them and the lady was being so forceful when it came to colour choice, it was a disaster with dresses from a different designer, another completely different material in a similar colour being slapped up against us to show that we all "suited" the colour. The woman also told us that the girls in before us had spoken over the top of her and how she didn't like that- not professional. All in all it was a bad experience and customer service was awful and I would not recommend going here unless you want to be patronised by the owner. I do not understand all these glowing reviews and feel like the honest ones are deleted.

I could not recommend Bernie enough. From start to finish first class friendly service and great value for money.. Her collection is stunning and i wish i could do it again just to pick another dress... Thanks Bernie xxx

Bernie the owner of the shop is a nasty, rude and patronizing lady. I left the shop crying and upset. Nobody should treat their customers like this, it's appalling. She also deleted my review from her Face book page straight away, which says it all.

Wedding Dress Boutique - I have been to MANY and this was the first one where they had a full range of sizes to try on AND where they stocked a large range of Stella York dresses. The shop owner is absolutely LOVELY couldn't be nicer!! Couldn't reccommend this place more 😊
