Love this gem in donaghadee! Great coffee and perfect brunch dishes.

Let's start by saying the coffee is great. The location is great and it's a nice space they have but the reality is the staff, bar the bearded barista, have to be the most unfriendly and unprofessional ever. You feel like a hindrance when entering. Your entrance is normally greeted by the back of a mobile phone. After they have finished with this, you get a grunt if lucky. No one ever says hello or goodbye and I have never had my meal checked on. Food is fair, not great but again not expensive either.

It's severely lacking in someone to lead a team. It's severely lacking friendly staff. All the good points can't outweigh the thoroughly uninterested staff they have. One one occasion after ordering all 3 staff sat at a table on their phones and didn't even raise a head when we left.

Coffee is great (2 shots), as is food, excellent service, light airy interior and contemporary decor

Really good coffee. Delicious tray bakes, soups are more-ish and bacon toast is a winner!

My first experience in here was bad a ramekin of sald for nearly a fiver and the girl at the counter picking the feta cheese of my mom's Sandwich with here bare fingers was delightful, not. Second try and not much better, friend who hates herbal tea ask normal tea and ot has an aftwr taate and you can seem what ever previous tea that was in it. A quick rinse arround does not that the infusion out.. Yes the coffee is good quality but the atmosphere is greatly lacking it is barren and somewhat uncomfortable and you can barely hear yourself talk over that expensive coffee machine. I know what aesthetic you were going for but the population of the Dee is more hip replacement than hipster.

Brilliant coffee and an excellent, friendly service from knowledgeable staff. Had a lovely sourdough sandwich and a great traybake. Coffee is definitely the unique selling point here with a range of freshly roasted beans on offer from around the world and highly skilled baristas at the helm. Well worth the visit. Will be back
