Went here for the first time with a couple of friends on Wednesday night, I had heard good things and was definitely not disappointed! Loved the decor of the place, and the staff kept checking in with us to make sure everything was OK which was great. As for the food, the portions are massive and everything is beautiful, couldn't finish my meal but I wanted to keep eating! Particularly enjoyed the wings, garlic cubes and the goujons of my Tex mex stack. Very reasonably priced as well, considering the size of the portions. I would definitely come back again, hopefully very soon!

Had tasty french toast (with real maple syrup) and a pot of tea as an early lunch prior to boarding the ferry. Fast and friendly!

Had dinner here this evening and was a little weary after reading some of the reviews but I have to say everything was perfect. Seated straight away and drink and food order taken quickly. Food was delicious and my steak cooked as I asked. Very pleasant staff and excellent service, I won't hesitate to return. A+++++

Another fantastic meal in Larne, our servers Jordan & Laura couldn’t have done any more for our group of 13. The meal was excellent and desserts were unreal. Thanks again until next time

Came here last night with my husband and daughter, was busy enough for a Sunday evening , good atmosphere , taken to our table straight away, we had the Nachos to start enough to share, they were fab, we order Nachos in any restaurant that serves them but these have been the best , my husband got the fish and chips he enjoyed my daughter got the kids burger and I ordered the 12oz sirloin I had to sent it back as the mushrooms were cold the onion rings were luke warm as was my steak, this has happened a few times so I usually op for the sizzler so at least I know it’s gonna be hot ,but fancied a steak, by the time it came back my husband and daughter had finished their meal , to be honest it was a bit better but not roasting hot, maybe putting food on cold plates doesn’t help or maybe the heat lamps need to be warmer, avoid the garlic and chilli curly fries, think they were drizzled with chilli oil and that made them greasy, the staff were lovely and apologised , we left a tip for the service not the food

Wasn't impressed very poor food customer service was really bad will not set foot in the place again

Was a regular and big fan when this was blue chicago. Had many meals there including large family celebrations, but it has changed dramatically since becoming brooklyn bay. Visited tonight, waited a while before we were served and when the waiter came over to take our drinks order I asked him for a kids diet coke instead of the fruit shoot that came with the meal and we would just pay the difference as we had done many times in the past. We were told we werent allowed to do that as the last time he did that he got told off and I would have to take the fruit shoot anyway! I asked him to take our food order too as the kids were restless. He said im not allowed to, I will take drinks order and come back and 10 mins later he came with drinks then we ordered the food. When the food came as I was cutting up the "chicken nuggets" from one of the kids meals (which were long gougons) and ended up putting half the portion into a napkin as they were full of red bits, black bits and veins.....chicken wasnt trimmed at all, it was disgusting. My chicken burger was the same. The batter tasted fishy too. My sons burger tasted like it was days old, it was dry as a bone and he wouldnt eat it. Im wondering if the food they were serving was from before xmas as it definitely tasted like it. We only get to go out to a restaurant once every 3 months or so so were more than disppointed. As I am typing this, I feel quite sick and no doubt will feel awful the rest of the night after that "meal". Went to pay for the bill, and as told, sorry we have no 2ps or 1ps left so I didnt get my 4p change. She could have just given me 5p and asked if I had a penny but no, she just said I would have to go to another till to get it, so I just took my change and left. I know its only 4p but it was the icing on the cake!! Throughout the meal and at the till, no one asked how the food was. If I had sent the kids meals back, we would have had to wait for new meals and the kids were starving so just ate their chips so £11 for 2 portions of chips for the kids in the end. I wont be back again.

Took to our seats sat for 20mins while other people came in after us got there orders etc and still no one came for our order. Disappointed and annoyed we left.

I do not usually do reviews but tonight was a disgrace. 3 of us arrived around 730pm and the place was busy enough. we waited for around 10 minutes for a table which was fine didn't bother us. After being seated we waited for about 15 minutes before drink order was took then around another 10 minutes before food order was took. Starters didn't take too long to come out but after that a girl came cleared our table and we then had another wait of around half an hour before mains came (the restaurant was quiet by this time) after the mains came not one person came near us to see if everything was ok we waited for around 40 minutes and still nothing my husband went up to ask for take away boxes as we couldn't eat it all. After another 10 minutes we went back up asked for a dessert menu waited again for another 15 minutes and still no one came near us we ended up just getting up and going as we got that fed up waiting. The food was nice enough but the service absolutely ridiculous! It wouldn't be so bad if the bill hadn't of been over £100 and with no apology!
