Meet Barry ! HeŌĆÖs a three year old springer Male. Unfortunately due to health problems his owner can no longer look after him. He is typical of springers soft natured with a tendency to OCD! He is not a shooting/hunting dog. Pet Home required. WeŌĆÖve been asked to help get him a home . Please help by like/share/post or come see him and give him the home he deserves.

This is whiskey . His previous owner has been taken into a hospice. Whiskey has no one to take him. We all love him here he is great with other dogs , children and has lived indoors. He is affectionate and comes readily to his name.
He will not be rehomed for hunting , he is just a pet.
Please help us get him a home.

It can be done , all it needs is one of the food conglomerates to jump the rest will follow.

highly recommend brookvale for boarding & most importantly training. chris has transformed my dog from a mad unruly dog to a well mannered dog who behaves & does what he is told ! if chris could train my dog he could honestly train anything lol thanks again over tje moon with the results:)

When we leave our dog Ben with Chris we always go away 100% confident that he is being left in good hands and is happy and content. Chris and his staff are all so friendly and always make a fuss of our dog when we drop him off, and when we pick him up he is always looking great, bathed brushed and smelling great (and best off all worn out lol) Its always a good sign when he is jumping up at the window of the car and wagging his tail when we pull onto the Craig Road!! Makes its easier to go away and enjoy your break away when you know he is in safe hands.

We used Brookevale Cattery for the 1st time this weekend and were so impressed with the service they provided. We will be leaving our cats here from now on safe in the knowledge they are well looked after. Thank you again.

We sent our 18 month ill-mannered and domineering German Shepard to Chris for training. Oscar had issues socialising with other dogs and I feared for my cat. After just over 5 weeks we have received back a totally different dog. He isn't pulling on the lead when he encounters other dogs and doesn't raise an eyebrow when he see's my cat. They both sit happily in the same room together. He walks so obediently on the lead, takes food and treats from my hand ever so gently and has stopped being so boisterous and knocking people off their feet when he greets them. I believe the training that Oscar has received is going to make him a much happier dog which we can't thank Chris enough for. Would highly recommend Chris and his team!

Thanks as always to Chris and the team for taking care of our gorgeous boy Sherlock. Always happy and content on his visits and we can enjoy a wee break knowing that he is well looked after. Lovely to always have him back smelling so sweet too! Would highly recommend Brookvale to take care of your special family member.

Sent my dogs (husband and son as well) out for a couple of lessons with Chris at Brookvale, great progress after just 2 lessons. Very impressed, they are walking on the lead without pulling, much more comfortable around other animals (dogs are happier too). Have to say that it was the best value for money i have got in a very long time.Would certainly recommend Chris and the Brookvale Team.

My dog Leo, a golden retriever recently spent 3 weeks at Brookvale Kennels. I cannot thank Chris and the staff enough for caring so well for Leo. He seemed so happy to be there. when we left Leo there he had a sore on each of his front paws which he licked at every day when he was bored. He had these sores for about 2 months. We were amazed when we arrived home to find both sores had completely healed, a definite sign that he was happy and relaxed. Thanks to Chris and all the staff!

My 1 year old Labrador pulled very hard on the lead. She would've pulled from she got out of the door to when she got home. A friend of mine recommended me to Chris. I took Daisy out to see Chris and just after one lesson she was walking to heel. I though I was walking someone else's dog. Now my son which has autism can now take his dog for a walk. I can't thank Chris enough for his help.

Many thanks to Christopher and the team for their work with Bailey. Walking became a dreaded task but now he walks perfectly to heal even without a lead! He is a lot more manageable now whilst still keeping his strong personality ’┐Į The difference was really highlighted at the socialisation class Christopher held where Bailey was very calm and obedient amongst other dogs (something we never thought would be possible!) Thanks again!

I took my dog, Brillo, to Chris for some training sessions and I can't recommend him enough! From a dog who pulled on the lead and wasn't obeying basic commands, she is now walking to heel, sitting, staying and coming to me when I call her. Happy dog, happy owner. Thanks Chris!

I got my puppy from Chris at 3 months Old, he has been on brookvales own dog food since then, shes now progressed from puppy to the adult duck and potatoe. I get so many complements about the shine of her coat, but not only that, her growth is fantastic and she has so much energy. I would highly recommend this, chris and his staff really know their stuff!

I gave Chris and his team a very vicious and broken padderdale. After 5wks of intense training Chris gave us back a total different natured wee dog a miracle right there x

Hi folks, I would like to say a massive Thankyou to Chris and all the staff at Brookvale kennels, for the great training they give Max my Cocker Spaniel, and for taking great care of him, Max pulled very hard on the lead and to be honest did what he wanted, now Max walks at my side, sits when told, stays in his bed and will sit say, he has stopped his loud barking, which he did once someone came into the house. I am going to continue his training at home with support from Chris, I was so pleased with the change in Max that I am taking another two of my dogs out for training on a one to one basis with Chris. I would recommend Chris and his team to anyone that needs help to train their dog, Chris and his staff are so friendly and helpful . Thanks for everything guys.

Hi fellow canines! My name is 'Crackles' (I am a very well-behaved black collie/lab female puppy; just turned 1 year old on Valentine's Day!)

I recently stayed at Brookvale. My first time boarding. A bit scary for me, and my mum and my sweet owner Max had brought all my stuff with them (food, bed, lead, feeding bowl...). Turns out Christopher had all this and I didn't need to bring anything. I stayed for a few days and had a great time. Walks everyday and when my owners picked me up I looked so gorgeous as I had been given a splendid bath !

I will be back over Easter; this time I am going to stay even longer. Hopefully, I get to go into the sofa area again as I loved playing with Beetle and Eta who kept me company.

Chris did an amazing job with our Labrador Dobby when he was a puppy. He's 7 now and is great with the kids :-) Highly recommend getting your dog trained here. Makes life a lot easier for the dog and the family.

Chris and the team really know what they are doing and my dog always get excited when going there and the service is top notch

Chris and his team are just fantastic! Our 18mth old Rottie knows the team and is excited to see then all, it's like a big family. He's been going to Chris now for a year to stay for anything from an overnight to week. They treat him really well and we wouldn't trust anyone else to look after our boy!

As Chris knows my 2 were fussy eaters till they started on salmon and potato they go mad for it so 10 outta 10 from Minnie and star
