Brownlow Integrated College Description
Brownlow Integrated College was founded in 1973 as Brownlow High School. In 1991, it became the first secondary school in Northern Ireland to convert from a state-controlled school to an integrated school.

Tomorrow is our House Swimming Gala competition. A few notes for the competitors:
‚ě°ÔłŹWear normal school uniform to school (or official school tracksuit)... ‚ě°ÔłŹBring swimming kit, towel and tshirt for pool side ‚ě°ÔłŹBring dry tshirt and flip flops (if you have them) for break time ‚ě°ÔłŹNon swimmers and genuine medical notes are excused from competing. Due to space we might not be able to take all over to watch.
We would like to encourage as many participants as possible to come in and take part in, what is always, a fantastic day for our college.

Today our BTEC PE students hosted the annual Brownlow Soccer Festival. Primary schools from Lurgan, Portadown and Craigavon took part in the tournament. Bocombra PS took home the winners trophy by defeating St John The Baptist PS in the final on penalties. Congratulations to all our students who have made our District Athletics Squad. On Thursday 9th May we will be bringing our 44 athletes to the Antrim Forum to compete in the 100m, 200m, high jump, long jump, shot putt, discus and javelin against all of the other schools in Co Armagh and Co Monaghan. Well done everyone.

Hannah Morrison was extremely disappointed when she achieved a grade ‚ÄėF‚Äô in her Unit 1, GCSE English Language paper. However, she was determined to repeat the unit to achieve a better grade at the first opportunity. Hannah attended after school revision classes and availed of 1-1 support offered by Mrs Murray. Hannah also completed past GCSE English papers at home. I am delighted that Hannah‚Äôs hard work has paid off and she has achieved a grade ‚ÄėA‚Äô in her repeat of unit 1 GCSE English Language.
