Claim Forms for Excess Costs whilst on Clinical Placement
Students who are applying for the above payment must first submit their application to the Practice/Clincal Allocation Office at their University in the first instance for authorisation. The office at the University will then send the form to the Bursary Office directly on your behalf.
Please do not send your form directly to the Bursary Office as this will cause significant delay to your payment.

QUB February 2019 Intake.
1st year nursing students who are due to commence training on Monday 4th February have received today an emailed bursary application pack. The completed bursary application form must be returned to the Bursary Office by post no later than Wednesday 23rd January. Please ensure the correct postage is paid.
