Build A Bear Workshop

If you love pushies, you'll love this place. Staff are incredibly friendly and very enthusiastic about what they do.

Have been to build a bear a few times, just back from there tonight also and I have to say each and everytime we go it is a lovely experience.. Every member of staff are so enthusiastic and lovely and really take the time to talk to the children and make their time so special.

Was I'm the Belfast store for an important family gathering. The staff offered and helped make this extra special. Thanks

Absolutely brilliant. Staff are lovely and will suggest the add ons for the bears but aren't pushy. They seem to just want to help you perfect your bear. Their enthusiasm for the products and experience of the bear being filled, bringing it to life and the theatrics.... is what sets it apart from just buying a teddy off a shelf else where. Highly recommened store.

We went yesterday for the first time ever with my niece. I must say though the team leader /manager /supervisor ruined the whole experience . We arrived selected the product we wanted and joined a line for the ' stuffing' . There where 2 machines operating and the 1st one had 2 little girls getting their product filled. The 2nd machine operator was nearly complete so we moved over to queue at the 2nd machine only to be lit on by a surly female making sure everyone knew she was in charge. She asked if we where in the queue she then said we should have stayed at machine one and waited - no one had informed us of this! So we told her that ! She got shirty and went on to explain other customers might think we where queue jumping. ( there where 2 groups behind us and they had seen us move over to the 2nd machine so i told her to ask the groups . She didnt. She the proceeded to berate a staff member for daring to get off his seat to tidy up a filling spill - in front of all the customers. Good man management - not. Thank you for ruining our 1st experience of bulid a bear . We had waited for my niece to get to an age where she would enjoy the experience to be confronted by this arrogant upstart whos customer skills are greatly lacking, she should not treat people like idiots ! This was our first visit - not everyone walking in through those doors knows how the system works.!!!The product is a EXCELLENT - concept brillant - the rest of the staff where friendly and polite. Sorely disappointed with first visit though - thanks.

Kids just love this place ! Although it is mobbed at Xmas !!

Our kids and their friends went for our youngest daughters birthday , the staff where fantastic in the Belfast branch ESP the lady with the short blonde hair who also has a daughter Nick named bubbles....she truly did add to our experience! so, definitely be back again soon x x x
