Bumps & Babies is an activity based support group run by Mums, for Mums & Mums-to-be. It focuses on supporting a happy, healthy & confident YOU!

Bumps & Babies NI focuses on every stage in pregnancy, birth and thereafter. Although we focus on the 40 weeks of pregnancy and up to 1 year after birth, not every pregnancy follows predictable stages, nor is every child’s development the same in the 1st year. This is where the “support” side comes in!

We aim to provide a relaxing and welcoming environment with times for chatting and times for exercising-all catered to and focused around, our Bumps & Babies.

Created by a mum of 4 (and 1 on the way! ), this group is designed to educate and build confidence in mothers by providing healthy & helpful tips during the challenges and changes that motherhood brings.

Whether you are already a mum, or experiencing this change for the first time, you will benefit from what we offer.
