Recently refurbished and looking very smart. Polite and helpful staff. Service feels slow for an establishment of this type. Free car park. An excellent example of this franchise

Can never get the orders correct if u ask for a plain cheese burger you will end up with a fully dressed chicken burger.

Good staff and plenty to choose from enjoyed there bean veggie burger. It was amazing.

I have to say I'm a Burger king guy their burgers imo are far superior to MacDonald s ...my wife disagrees lol well run and very clean burger joint😋😋

Pleasantly surprised by the place. When im passing it usually looks quiet however myself ans my wife have been visiting more often recently and the food is brilliant, the staff are friendly and the place is clean.

Food was lovely. Very little wait. Definitely be back.

only person in the queue. and had to wait 10mins to get served. portion of chips was so small , thought it was from the kiddie menu. my burger was soggy and meal was cold. I am a regular customer but certainly will not be back. I could understand if the restaurant was busy, this was not the case. very disappointed

Tried to go here tonight before going to the cinema it had closed at 9pm even though it said it's open till 11pm won't be trying to go here again

Called here tonight, but was quickly told the shop was closed, it was 9pm, even tho opening hours say open to 11pm.... staff can't obviously cope with a few customers with McDonald's being closed !!!

Staff were lovely, handy spot for parking BUT our angus burgers were AWFUL. We went out of our way (and broke our clean eating streak) for this in particular. It was my BFs birthday and he's a big fan of the angus (would normally get it in Athlone or Dublin). There were no tomatoes and he figured the sauce was off (I'm not that much of a connoisseur) but the huge let down was the burger was piled high with raw onion.

I get some places do this, put some raw onion in but this was too much. I really should have stopped and taken them out (we were back in the car eating them) so I powered on and lived to regret that.

Plus we bought three of them..... :( small beans in an great trip but I know that you can't improve if you don't know what the issues are.

Best burgers of all the fast food restaurants (Though not as good as Hillbillys) . Service in Coleraine one is slow and the coffee isnt the best but the Bacon Double Cheese XL is very good.
