Super impressed with the baby changing facilities in Buttercrane centre. Shopping with a baby is stressful at the best of times and I only do it when absolutely necessary so this experience really helped to make the trip much more pleasant! Other centres should take note of the thought and attention to detail that Buttercrane management put into the baby changing facilities.

User

One of the best shopping center's about the sensory room is absolutely fantastic and really clamed and relaxed my son great selection of shops and always helpful staff in them

User

Myself and my mam took the two little ones to see Santa today! My girl been 3 and my little boy 6 months.. my little girl was so afraid off Santa before she met Santa today in the Buttercrane.. he was the best Santa I have ever been too so pleasant and so friendly! He made her feel at ease and so comfortable and that’s coming from a girl that was so afraid of Santa before.. so I would like to thank Santa so much for helping her through her fears and hope to see u again in the future 15:30 in the afternoon made my day

User

Lovely friendly place to shop. Shops are great. Some great bargains in Primark

User

Just wanted to say a big Thank You to the two young gentlemen of your staff who helped get my car started for me today it was greatly appreciated

User

Just want to thank Chris from Buttercrane security for facilitating me early this morning with a wheelchair for my son before Mobility was open.. he was very pleasant and obliging first thing this morning ... thanks Chris

User

Just want to say a massive thank u to the amazing security team and car park staff at buttercrane. I was up there for work and decided to call in a do a bit of retail therapy. Unfortunately when I came back to my car it had a flat tyre. Lucky for me one of the security guys came to my rescue and I could be more grateful.

I have shopped in this mall for a while now and the customer service from the security team to the car park staff is always second to none.

User

Just a quick note to say a huge “thank you” to the very lovely Santa and staff at the silent Santa experience this morning. Our middle son is 5 and has autism and he has never been enamoured by the man in the red suit .... we have tried every possible Santa experience under the sun over the years, but today was the first time we got a family picture with Santa (we have two other sons who do not have autism but they both loved their visit too) and actually our eldest said hands down that was the nicest Santa he’s ever been to! His wee face was priceless!

Our little boy who has autism was also very happy just to have a nosey and be involved from the safety of my side, and the staff were laid back and let him do his own thing. There was no queuing, no loud noise, no pressure or fuss- exactly the way he prefers things

Might I also add the little presents were a huge hit with all three boys too- mini jenga and connect 4 and a little stacking chair game- all much better than the run of the mill usual nonsense which gets discarded very quickly. And the price of the whole experience was so inexpensive! Excellent value!

I believed in the magic of Christmas again myself when Santa unbelievably by fluke called our littlest son by a very random nickname only I ever use for him and never mentioned before our visit!!!! Magic!!!

A really lovely visit and a credit to all involved.

Thanks again and a very merry Christmas to all

User

I recently was in the centre and want to commend the centre for their disabled facilities especially their toilets. Most places I have visited have the basic requirements where disabled facilities are concerned but the Buttercrane have gone above and beyond. I only hope other buildings follow suit.

User

I love Buttercrane.

User

I brought my kids to see santa today and it was a totally mesmerising experience for them.

Santa was so kind and spoke to them about school and Home life etc.

We just managed to get into the grotto at 5.45pm before the centre closed and we had a lovely time.

Thanks Buttercrane.

User

Great shopping center. If your from the republic then its like Duty free in here compared to Irish prices.

User

Brought my 2 we boys to see santa yesterday, and I have too say he was fantastic really gr8t with the boys and got them so excited for Christmas day thank you

User

A big thank you to Buttercrane Shopping centre for there fantastic Silent Santa event . Santa was top class when meeting our family and my son who has Autism and sensory issues. By opening between 12-1pm for this, it allowed us to visit at a quiet time and make a normally stressful situation very relaxed and enjoyable . The staff at the grotto were quick and understanding. A big Thank you for making a little boy very happy.

User

Very upset today as 6 youngs lads were travelling up and down in lifts and wouldn't stand up to let us in , wen they eventually did they were very rude to my daddy ( who is 83 ) we were going to 8 th floor , they were pulling daddy's coat and laughing , I contacted security and centre management who weren't available the girl on customer service was lovely , think this has to be addressed as it wasn't a nice experience !

User

Great Shopping centre except at Penny's to day at 13.45. Only 2 cashiers yet I counted 47 people waiting to pay. Terrible customer service. This is Monday what would the delay be like on a Saturday.

User

The grotto needs knocked down could have put effort into it I have no words 😧

User

The "no smoking" sign at the Primark entrance should say "smoking area" as this is how people are treating it. The security guards don't seem to care as half the time they chat to the smokers.

User

SPECIFICALLY O’BRIENS!! We got a toastie, a soup and 2 drinks, toastie was the worst I’ve tasted, asked for a sweet chilli chicken in the toastie got slices of chicken from a packet with chilli sauce on it, wafer thin, toastie cost over £6, ridiculous. Safer with a sandwich from a vending machine

I recently was in the centre and want to commend the centre for their disabled facilities especially their toilets. Most places I have visited have the basic requirements where disabled facilities are concerned but the Buttercrane have gone above and beyond. I only hope other buildings follow suit.

User

I love Buttercrane.

User

I brought my kids to see santa today and it was a totally mesmerising experience for them.

Santa was so kind and spoke to them about school and Home life etc.

We just managed to get into the grotto at 5.45pm before the centre closed and we had a lovely time.

Thanks Buttercrane.

User
