Bit of frost today. That will test a lot of batteries. Byrne Garage Service are offering a free battery test this week. Over the last number of weeks we have seen a sharp rise in the number of diesel vehicles that have been presented with running issues that turned out to be the result of very poor quality/ contaminated diesel fuel. Low quality diesel poses serious risk to the fuel system itself and can potentially result in hundreds if not thousands of pounds worth of damage. It could potentially prove fatal should a car cut out unexpectedly at the wro...ng time.
With the festive season approaching fast, nobody wants to be without a car for Christmas.
With this in mind, we have decided to name local filling stations where we KNOW the diesel is GOOD.
