Went to the cheesecake tasting event on Friday 4th December. First time I'd been as I live in North Belfast. Staff are extremely attentive, the cheesecakes were to die for and all in a very pleasant environment. Give it a go. You won't be disappointed.

We called in on spec for coffee and a wee treat and were not disappointed. Decaf cappuccino was first class - taste and temperature - best I've tasted in a long time. Our scone and bun were delicious and the girls were very friendly. Menu was also very good - great breakfast/brunch choices. We'll be back�

Was in for lunch today, had the pulled pork bap which was delicious. Would definitely recommend it

Thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. It was a Sunday morning and I just enjoyed good food, read a book and would go back. I don't live near it but I would consider going there more often.

I have moved to Belfast a couple of weeks ago and this is definitely my favourite coffee shop/hang out. Pleasant staff,nice layout and good quality products.

Delicious food and great staff. All day breakfasts are so tasty and the beef burger was yummy. Very generous portions and great quality ingredients with a wide selection on the menu.

Cafe Smart is one of those rare places that's a delight to visit time and time again. It never disappoints as "quality" is its middle name.



Friendly efficient staff, fantastic coffee, fabulous food, tray bakes and endless appetising delicacies.



All this is provided in a bright and pleasant building with lots of art on display.



Either alone or with a friend one never feels isolated when enjoying the ambience of Cafe Smart.

Absolutely gorgeous food today ..the soup just so thick and beautifully spiced ....it is all you want in the middle of a busy working day !

A delicious breakfast with perfectly poached eggs served by very friendly and attentive staff. Will definitely be back!

Best raspberry and white choc scones in Belfast, especially when heated and accompanied with a latte or filter coffee. Good food all round

1st visit but wouldn't rush back,called in afternoon and asked for bacon,sausage,egg,in a soft bap,sausage bacon a bit greasy but the water from the egg left bottom of bap soggy,bap would of been better if it was toasted or at least buttered,very dry,apart from that nice enough place.

I had a coffee today in Cafe Smart. When I had finished I noticed a brown ring about an inch from the bottom of the cup. When I rubbed it with my finger, it came off quite easily. It suggested to me that the previous person who used the cup hadn't finished their coffee, it had sat for a while, and the cup had not been washed. When I pointed it out to the waiter, she assured me the cup had been washed but she couldn't explain the ring. I won't be rushing back.

9:30 on a Friday morning, called in for a coffee and buns. Got a seat right beside the counter with a highchair. Only a few other tables occupied downstairs. 15mins passed still no service, waitress then proceeded to take an order from someone arriving after us. After 20mins, got an order taken for one coffee and 3 buns. Waited and waited another 15mins. Meanwhile two takeaway coffee orders came in, they get served immediately and on their way. With 2 children patiently waiting too long for such a simple order we up and left. By this time a takeaway queue had formed. So it was the right decision to leave as dear knows how long it would have been. Some places charge more for sitting in but it sounds more reasonable to pay less and takeaway. Maybe there wasn’t enough staff but the system is poor.
