Welcome to East Antrim Counselling. We are a private counselling practice based in Kilroot Business Park on the outskirts of Carrickfergus.
We offer a confidential, non-judgemental and safe environment for counselling individuals, couples or families of any age, race, gender and religious denomination.

We adhere fully to the ethical guidelines laid down by the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP).

When might you think of counselling?
People may seek counselling for many different reasons – you may be:

Facing or dealing with a life-changing experience
Coping with trauma or loss
Feeling anxious, depressed or wrestling with your emotions
Struggling within a relationship
It may simply be that you need someone to listen – someone outside your friends and family who won’t judge and who can help you to work through the issues you’re facing.
