Lovely food but they need better heating the whole place was really cold
We go here for breakfast sometimes and the food and selection is always great and very accommodating staff.

I had heard great reviews of The Starfish at Cairn bay Lodge from friends and I finally got round to going on Saturday and I wasn't disappointed. Great food, lovely menu and wonderful friendly staff. I will definitely be back!
Enjoyed the food and the venue has a homely feel. One criticism was that the milkshakes are too milky, they could do with a scoop of ice cream or two.
The service is excellent and the scenery is special. Loved it.
Could not open the Balcony doors to gain fresh air, the shapoo/ shower gel smell like hand was gels not real shampoos, you have to order your breakfast from the girls serving you, from the orange juice to your fry with cereal included, no coffee refills. Limited plug sockets, (one) as far as I could see, makes for alternating between, Lap top or ph charger. Place is clean, nice place and nice staff.
This place serves a great breakfast. Very friendly service and a great location to boot.
